After being educated about clean product swaps, I decided to get rid of what I thought was good for us - human. I bought Dr. Bronner’s toothpaste on sale ($4). I tossed away the crappy Crest toothpaste sitting on the sink. When I first tried it, I could tell that this is not what my brain programmed a toothpaste is supposed to be. Because Dr. Bronner’s toothpaste doesn’t contain any foaming agents, I didn’t feel any foam in my mouth. It was life changing. I felt like my whole life was a lie. It is freaking insane to think about consuming that much chemicals for the past 30 years.

After using Dr. Bronner's Spearmint toothpaste, I decided to try the Peppermint as an alternate toothpaste. It has a wonderful mint flavor and great consistency. I grow a variety of mint plants, one of which is peppermint, and can attest to the real peppermint in this toothpaste! It leaves my teeth feeling clean and my mouth refreshed. I also bought the peppermint travel size for my emergency pack so I won't be without it wherever I go. I highly recommend this toothpaste! Give it as gifts; you won't be sorry.

Effective, Natural, Good Flavored Toothpaste

I’m excited I learned Dr. Bronners has a line of toothpast products! I was looking for a more natural option that tasted good and actually felt like it was cleaning my teeth instead of just moving the gunk around. It gets my teeth feeling/looking squeaky clean without having to use a lot of product or brush multiple times. Honestly, I typically “brush” my teeth 2 to 3 times in one sitting, but I don’t feel the need with this product! It seems like it’s cut my oral hygiene routine in half. Definitely recommend for those looking for an effective, more natural toothpaste option!

Freshness that Lasts

I bought both Peppermint and Spearmint flavors and love them both.I was previously brushing with baking soda, but I missed that minty fresh taste of real toothpaste. I was looking for a natural one, and because I already LOVE DR. BRONNERS ROSE SOAP, I decided to give their toothpaste a try.I'm so glad I did!I love that minty goodness and how my mouth stays fresh longer than with regular toothpaste. Because it's natural you won't get that foamy action, but don't let that discourage you. Just make sure you brush thoroughly and long enough for that minty freshness to last a good while. Game changer

Okay okay, so. This is not your ordinary sudsy toothpaste that you get at the store. When I first tried Dr. Bronners spearmint toothpaste, I thought I didn't use enough because I wasn't "seeing it". No, no. I was seeing it. I was seeing that it wasn't foaming my mouth like a dog with rabies. After using it for about 2 weeks I can say I never felt cleaner. I used to dread brushing ny teeth because i hated the feeling of toothpaste residue in my mouth even if I rinse several times. With Dr. Bronners toothpaste, rinse once maybe twice and im good to go. It doesn't feel cakey on my teeth at all. I would say if you want a deeper clean, try to find a pairing mouth wash or biodegradable floss. But other than that, I'm definitely sticking to this! Goodbye cheap toothpaste!

No More Need for a Dental Hygienist!

I got that periodontal dis-ease and require cleanings like every 3-4 months.With covid lockdowns (and supid mask requirements that I was boycotting) hadn't gotten teeth professionally cleaned in two years, thinking a deep cleaning might be necessary.However was using this product and when finally got in the big chair...Had the best check up ever.Very little cleaning required.The whole office is perplexed and looking at me a little funny.(Just gotta ensure just a little more attention behind the front teeth but there was like no plaque nor tartar.)I'll still go to the dentist office for a quick check-up.I like the cinnamon because cinnamon is supposedly really great for healthy gums.I'm believing this product is inspiring new bone growth! Perfect for sensory issues!!

After Covid, i developed "Covid Tongue" (look it up, ugh). My old toothpaste was like brushing with hot sauce. Same with baking soda, and since my taste had changed, baking soda tasted foul. I am so happy to have found this spearmint toothpaste. The taste is gentle, cooling and pleasant, no burn at all. I am also very pleased that it doesn't turn into a big mouthful of foam. Before Covid, that wasn't an issue, but now my mouth cant stand the feeling. But the biggest thing I like is, my teeth are super clean! They are bright and sparkling. I've never gotten this result from any kind of toothpaste before, even the whitening ones. My granddaughter is neurodivergent and has sensory issues, and I'm going to have try this. I think she will be quite happy with it!!

WORAT TOOTHPASTE EVER

This toothpaste is garbage. Does not do what the other review people are saying I have perfect teeth and this toothpaste started ruining my teeth and making them bleed. Furthermore does 2 Carcinogenic ingredients. As I run a health channel investigating ingredients 2 of them are carcinogens one being xtham Gum. There is nothing all natural about these toothpaste. Even some of the soaps they sell has titanium dioxide. Which is a known To cause cancer as well As reproductive harm to the male testies...

I've been using Tom's of Maine flouride free cinnamon toothpaste for years but couldn't find it (in the supermarket - I hate shopping online). I saw this on sale at Haggen's and decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I did! My teeth feel super clean *all day* and they're actually turning a lighter shade of yellow ;) after a couple of weeks of use (no other natural "whitening" toothpaste has ever made any difference on my very yellow teeth).I like the consistency and that it *doesn't* foam and find myself brushing a lot longer using this toothpaste (sometimes even twice!).Every time I brush my teeth I tell myself I really need to write a review of this toothpaste so here I am!
