This I by far the best multi purpose soap that is still around. I use this for dishes, while washing clothes, t clean the kitchen give and as bath soap! I add a little distilled vinegar to it and it becomes a degreaser used in around my kitchen! This soap is magic, Johnson and Johnson was too harsh for my infant so we used this diluted with warm water and we’ve never used another soap for her again. I am just down to my last drop so I’ll be headed to get another family sized bottle to have around the house, this is a product that I replace every time it’s almost gone. It last for about 6-8months so it’s totally affordable. It lathers up so well and I can not live without it! A little shocked
The terms and conditions for leaving a review are extensive and a little insane. I waived my right to future morals for this review. Please know this is not to defame the business in anyway:0 so anyway the soap is very good. Honestly the best hand soap/all purpose cleaner I have used in a long time. Cuts down on using so much elbow grease and I appreciate that very much! So far we have used it as a pest repellent in the garden (not sure on the results yet), dishes, bathroom cleaner, laundry soap (works for all my family members but I have sensitive skin so not for me), surface cleaner, veggie wash, and in the bathroom drain when it was clogged. So far no complaints it works as advertised at this time and honestly made me feel like I was in some sort of a commercial ... Dr Bronner, Pure Castilla Liquid Soap
I recommend this product, it is exactly as Dr. Bronner claims it to be. I use a little amount to wash my hair, my hair feels soft and shines. I no longer need to use conditioner on my very dry hair. I use this same product to wash my entire body, it feels great on my skin and does not irritate my skin and especially my face. This product is the best buy for me, far better than any other hair salon shampoo.Thank you Dr Bronner for your excellent products. I have bought your toothpaste and it does whiten my teeth and the peppermint taste wonderful. I had also bought your Sal Sud product, excellent to clean surfaces and to spray on my plants to keep spiders away.Optimized, please order and sell all of Dr Bronner’s other products, which you have not imported yet. Fresh Clean Retainer and Night Guard
I searched a long time for something safe to clean my retainer and night guard with, because I no longer wanted to use products containing bleach. I found that bleach left a chemical taste on my "hardware", as well as discolored and caused the plastic to become brittle over time. I came across a review written by a dentist who suggested using two squirts of Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Castille Soap in a denture case with warm water. I gave it a try and have been using it ever since! The peppermint had a nice pleasant smell and taste and I find my appliances do not get brittle or discolor the way it used to when I used products with bleach. It is a much safer alternative. I do soak them in hydrogen peroxide periodically, per the advice of my dentist; but Dr. Bronner's ... I used this for almost everything!
The Castile Soap is amazing. Five years ago I discovered my long-term skin issues were due to being allergic to sulfates. I removed everything that contained sulfates (which includes sodium laurel sulfates SLS), sulfites, and sulfur from my home. Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap saved the day! I use it for ALL of the following: shampoo (though you do need a rinse that resets your PH after), body washing, hand soap in the sink dispensers (kitchen and bathrooms), dishwashing liquid, kitchen cleaners (sink and countertops), and foaming hand soap in my son's bathroom. I know there are even more uses for it, but haven't tried any others yet. It is a little too drying for my face (I'm 70 years old). I keep a small squirt bottle of it in my purse to use when washing my hands in public restrooms. For ALL of this I use the Lavender scented soap - smells heavenly!... Show more

really great concentrated handsoap and all purpose cleanenr
On my nontoxic journey I discovered the magic of Dr Bronner’s soaps. They are clean and have minimal ingredients and get the job done. These cartons are great for the environment and easy to refill at bulk refill shops. For handsoap, you use 1/4 soap and 3/4 distilled water in your foaming soap dispenser. It creates a fun creamy lather and doesn’t leave your hands dried out. I love the (green container) almond scent and the (blue container) peppermint scents for the bathrooms, and I use the citrus (orange container) in the kitchen. I usually use the citrus one as a pan and dish handwash soap since it lacks all the chemicals that the most popular hand dishwashing soaps contain. Dr Bronner’s is great. Highly recommend.... Tattoo Care
I recently got my first tattoo. The artist provided me with traditional follow up care instructions:1. Wash with Dial Anti-bacterial soap2. Use Aquafor for the first two weeks3. Use lotion for the last two weeksI found the dial soap to be very drying to the skin which exacerbated the itching once that phase started and the Aquafor faded the tattoo. Didn’t like A&D either. Too greasy. So, after doing extensive research, I found that some tattoo artist recommended Dr. Bonnet’s castille soap and magic balm for tattoo healing. So, I purchased the castille soap, the sugar soap, and the magic balm. I am VERY happy with the performance of these products. The castille and sugar soap cleans the tattoo very well, getting rid of the dead skin, while being very gentle on the skin. The magic balm is FANTASTIC!!! It truly helps with minimizes the itching, which for me is the absolute worst part of the tattoo healing process. It’s also moisturizes the skin without being greasy. Absolutely love it!!! I would recommend these products for tattoo healing or just ordinary skin care.... Show more

Truly no smell!
This is a product I keep coming back to again and again over the years. It's gentle, effective, and truly has no smell! Just the smell of castile soap which is pretty safe. It's a comfort to know there are no endocrine disrupting fragrances in here. In a bind you can use this for toothpaste. The taste can take getting used to if you're not accustomed to tooth soaps, but it definitely works! I also like it for re-lanolinizing wool clothes where you wash the item in this castile soap mixed with lanolin. It works beautifully and extends the life and antibiotic properties of your wool. It's especially good for preserving the moisture-proofing/wicking properties and keeping colors vivid. My only complaint is that it can be a tiny bit drying to your skin if you have very ... Very cooling experience
I buy this for my husband all the time. He loves it. The peppermint feeling is not one I enjoy personally, while showering, so I would never get this for myself. It would be great used as a shampoo, which it can also be used for as well as household cleaning agent. These soaps have many uses. Leaves an overall cooling effect, especially more sensitive or fleshy exposed areas. Could be great for some, just not for me lol as a body wash at least. I enjoy the Lavender, Almond and Rose scents best. Even Citrus. But that one burns some for me, if you have a scratch or sensitive areas. They all make you feel super clean and have even been able to use to wash my pups. Safe and gentle. Wouldn’t recommend the peppermint scent on animals or kids except the hair on their head ... Wonderful Product!
I spent several days doing in-depth research to determine what would be the very best product for washing my newly acquired, insanely expensive bedding items. I concluded that Dr. Bronner’s was the best choice, so I placed my first order. I could not be more pleased with this purchase. Initially I had only the one specific task in mind for the soap. After I read the countless applications listed on the label, I tried it for other uses, such as hand soap, face wash, body wash, dish soap and as a laundry detergent for my delicate hand-washed items as well as the clothes I wash in the washing machine. The soap is gentle and feels wonderful on my skin. The smell of peppermint is fresh and invigorating. Everything I washed using this soap resulted in a thorough clean. ...
