I love them but i dread cleaning them, we have twins and I spend about 1 to 1 1/2 hours daily washing ans sterilizing bottles every day. A little patience and making sure the components are assembled correctly and they work flawlessly. My biggest complaint is available replacement parts. I need caps, and can not find the ones without buying a vent tube and other accessories. Plus my OCD wants to match the original colors of my bottles and not have mismatch components.

It leaks badly
29 May 2024

The 2 bottles I have were gifted thankfully. It seems like a good bottle with a great vent system for gas, colic etc. However it leaks pretty bad where the nipple and ring connects and around the area of the ring and bottle. I’ve noticed space all around the nipple and ring to the point I can slide my nail into the side of it. Mind you the nipple came attached to the bottle already so it’s no like I assembled it improperly.

Leaks
23 December 2023

We’ve been using these bottles for 3 months and they leak so bad. It’s so annoying. Baby is soaked in milk and we can’t tell how many ounces he’s actually eating. The preemie nipples are amazing and it’s the reason we continue to use these bottles because although our baby wasn’t a preemie, he drinks too fast and he chokes on other nipples. I wish they would fix this issue.

I got this Narrow bottle glass that I use from DR. BROWNS in which I really love. Let me start with the bottle itself is a bit heavy because it is glass but but but I love that Dr. Browns come up with a glass bottle since i dont have to worry about the effects of plastic to our baby. I love that they made exactly like the plastic ones they have and it is so great since my baby is colicky plus he got a reflux so dr. browns glass bottle is a big help for us. I would gladly recommend this product to all the moms and this is what every moms should use because plastic is never safe for the baby especially if its heated up who knows what are the contents in that olastic that may be harmful to our little ones. Overall i extremely love this glass bottle.

No leaks, Less Air

My baby and I have been using Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Options+ Anti Colic 8oz Bottle for about a week now. Not correct oz on side of bottle
7 August 2024

The only bottle that my kiddo wouldn’t gulp air from. However, the oz on Dr. Browns bottles are off… we bought a baby brezza and it was dispensing 1 oz more than it should have. I 100% thought it was the machine however, we took a measuring cup and then weighed it several times with just water and the brezza was spot on. When dispensing water in the dr browns and weighing, it was for example at the 3 1/2 oz mark when I hit 3 oz yet when that was weighed, it was perfectly 3oz of water.

White powder residue left in bottles
24 May 2019

I am a first time mommy and I decided to buy the Dr. Brown Options bottles for the first time ever! I heard phenomenal things about these bottles so I decided to give it a try since my son was showing problems with gas.I will start off by mentioning the pros:1. the nipple does not collapse after several minutes of my baby sucking (normally other nipples would collapse)2. there are no air bubbles3. I love that I can use the bottle with or without the vent. The cons:1. Immediately after boiling the bottles before use (these were the instructions on the Dr. Brown booklet), the bottles were left with a white, powder residue. I tried rewashing with warm/hot water and dish soap but residue would not come off. I tried rewashing with warm/hot water and dish soap but residue would not come off. For the price I paid for these bottles, this is unacceptable.2. Cleaning these bottles is a real chore: you have to clean the vent real good, plus the rubber thing that connects to the vent, plus you have to clean the bottle, the nipple, and cap. (I decided against boiling them again because of the white residue left on the bottles. I wouldnt want it to get worse).3. The wire brush provided to clean the vents are none other than mascara sticks but flimsy made of wire. Once I try to clean inside the vents with this tool, it would bend making it difficult to use.4. I paid $17 for the set of 3 Options bottles. That is TOO overpriced especially for bottles that became permanently stained with white residue.*SIDE NOTE*The white residue is not only inside the bottle, BUT, on cap, the nipple, and the vent as well.In conclusion, I will not buy these bottles again. I am very disappointed with the white powder residue left on the bottles. It concerns me especially if my son is drinking out of them. This was my first time buying these bottles and I expected a better experience.

Worst bottles on the market
3 February 2024

Those bottles are the most frustrating bottles. Not only with you have 6 pieces per bottle to wash every day but they leak so bad.As a momma that is an under supplier I cherish every drop of breast milk. It's heart breaking watching it just pour out of the bottle while feeding.I have tried everything. Tightening the lid like Hercules and then barely tightening. Holding the bottle horizontal. Warming the milk separately and not in the bottle. Nothing helps. For the small fortune you will spend do so on bottles, do t waste your money on these.
