Dr Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Pore Perfecting & Refining Serum 30ml

I have hereditary dark circles. Took me 33 years to come to terms that nothing will make them go away. I have tried so many products and wasted copious amounts of money. So this one worker at Sephora that is super honest recommended this and Dr. Jart’s Tigergrass Camo Drops combo. The Camo Drops are beige and mask more than treat but the Dr. Dennis Serum reduces the redness/puffiness. It worked within 3-4 days and is a daily staple to my regiment. For once I don’t look like I have allergies or someone punched me in the eye due to redness. I have dry/oily/blackhead prone skin and this doesn’t cause and undue pain. I use every 2-3 days or use as a primer I’m wearing medium/full coverage foundation. PROS: - Did not irritate skin or cause me to break out - Pores appeared smaller - Helped clear up stressed skin and preventing new breakouts - Smooths my face - Skin has a more even tone - Great primer! - Reduced redness in cheeks - Helps with dullness and gives you a nice subtle glow after a few uses. CONS: - Feels a little tight in the beginning - Doesn’t absorb quickly - Slightly sticky

Best product I’ve used for improving my pores!

Holy grail product for my acne (other than the Peace Out acne dots). I have sensitive skin and rosacea (but it can usually tolerate glycolic acid). This product is very gentle and doesn’t sting or dry out your skin. At first I was skeptical because of the lack of tingle. However, since I’ve used this twice daily on my t zone (or all over my face if my skin needs extra clarity, glow and improved texture that day) my blackheads and breakouts have improved drastically. I noticed improvements in the first couple days and it’s never let me down in over a year since I first tried it. It also soothes your skin and makes it softer and brighter! Works well under makeup too! I will never live without this serum and always have a backup bottle ready.

Not being concerned with how my pores look when I am asleep, I chose to use it AM.The next failing in the directions is that it simply does not state how much one should use. I opted for three drops from the pipette dispenser which easily covered my face. It’s quite mattifying, and being silicone-free interacts happily with other products. Though it does contain the salt form of hyaluronic acid it isn’t particularly hydrating (which isn’t actually the purpose of this product). I will continue to use and will provide another review when I have completed the bottle (which I suspect will take a long time). This IS a good product, but I have deducted one star for the lack of clarity regarding how to use.

Great product

A great product and does what it says, my pores are definitely lesser then before and looks clean. I combine this together with Dr Dennis Gross other skin care products and just wow, I use the cleanser then the high strength face wipes exfoliates and then this serum and my skin is just loving it; overall it looks brighter, healthy, is glowing with lesser pores and just amazing; will definitely repurchase.

It givinnngggg....

Worth the investment. Yes, it gives what it claims. I had to wait forever for the product to arrive during the holidays but it was well worth the wait. My skin has taken to this product extremely well. It has kept my pores from being clogged with gunk and as a result they appear much smaller. My skin is steadily improving. Very pleased. I'm a dark skinned 45+ year old woman with very sensitive skin and this has not irritated my skin one bit. Love love!!

On my third bottle!

I rarely repurchase thing because I am always getting things in subscription boxes and usually don't see much difference between products. This serum is different. It is so good that I am on my third bottle. I have hormonal acne and this helps keep my skin as clear as possible. While I still have some breakouts related to hormonal changes, this has significantly reduced the severity. I notice when I run out that my skin isn't as nice and my breakouts are more severe. I would highly recommend. My pores look reduced as well. Would definitely recommend.

Skin destroyer

I got this one in Cultbeauty advent calendar. As an experienced user of acids, I immediately started with daily use. A couple of weeks later I realized that my skin was looking tired, dried out and I started breaking out enormously. I put it aside, gave my skin 2 weeks to recover with only mild basic moisturizers and decided to give it another go, this time applying it every second night. The effect was the same though: extremely dry, flaky skin and breakouts. Putting this aside permanently. Maybe I will use it on my legs to prevent ingrown hair.

This is the HG pore serum

While I value reviews tremendously, I haven’t written one in years. Enter this serum. I’m 32 and I’ve been self-conscious about my pores for a while. I’ve tried half a dozen serums and masks and nothing really did much. When I first started using this product nightly, I didn’t expect too much, but thought it was worth a shot. Cut to just three days later and my pores were smaller than they had been in years and years. I’m blown away by the results of this serum. HG doesn’t do it justice. Seriously, this is the serum to get if you’re worried about the size of your pores.

this serum has become my favorite

The first time I tried it was from the Cult Beauty advent calendar and I liked it right away. The serum has already reduced acne for the first time. In further use, he removed all the pimples for me. The pores have become smaller and cleaner, pigmentation has decreased, wrinkles have become less noticeable. The complexion became more even. I have already bought a new jar and cream myself. and very satisfied. he is beautiful. I don't think I'll find anything better than this amazing serum anytime soon and I really like this brand.
