I'm gone around the block but sadly ended up here last.... This soil performs so much better than the other options I have tried. TurboDirt is much more friendly and almost fool proof. If you can manage not to overwater, or underwater then this soil will perform the best out of any of them. And Turbodirt seems to take a lot more beating than the other soils too, it's very forgiving stuff

I was ready to chuck the towel in with organics. I have used 3 other premium brands of living soil, but always had issues that required extra products to be purchased. When I read turbdoirt was "water only" I thought it was a laugh, but I didn't have much to loose by this point... All I am using with the Turbodirt is root roids and water & I am blown away. when I contacted scott about a small issue with some leaves, he guided me to understand the basics better, and got my plants back on track with advise not extra products.

I was a bit concerned about starting my seeds in this soil, but it works perfectly. The soil is very well balanced, no need of amendments.The girls are very healthy, and they are starting to flower.I'm also using Root Roids and Fruit Roids. Soil PH raises a bit after the feed, but is back to normal in couple days.I completely recommend this soil.Makes things so easy.

Wow, I remember back in the day when this website only sold a handful of products, though I admit I am now a first-time buyer. I'm just taken aback by all the wonderful products you now sell, truly now this is a one-stop shop for all your soil needs. I will continue to purchase all my amendments for my raised beds/ orchard to enrich my food with the minerals and nutrients that are lacking in today's soils. Thank you P.S why no Charged biochar product to help with carbon sequestration into our soils?
Mind blowing stuff. No confusing, expensive nutrients to worry about measuring. Not having to worrying about nutrient burn or deficiencies. No need to worry about pests. No nasties and clumps of junk you get in the big box stores soil. Just magical dirt that keeps promoting speedy and healthy growth to my plants in all stages of its life cycle. The water only part is the greatest and works great with blumats for a truly hands off gardening experience.
Have been using turbodirt for over a year now and can attest that it is amazing .I have graduated to using it as a supplemental top dressing on my tamato ,capsicum and other vegetables .You will never find anything better , at least not in Oz.It is literally black gold .

At one time they were the only local source I could find for many of the amendments I wanted to build my own supersoil, so I was a regularly ordering small quantities of rock dusts, diatomaceous earth, etc. DrG. has been consistently excellent in all aspects of customer service and I am so grateful. I have since moved to the city and sadly had to give up my garden. Having to learn a completely new grow tech I was so gratified to find that DrG. had expanded their offerings exponentially. It was a leap of faith to buy living soil that someone else had made, but I have not been disappointed so far. I was able to nurse a sick seedling back to health after I removed that seedling from its toxic chain store potting mix and put it into TurboDirt.I also have a placed a germinated seed straight into TurboDirt and it's now looking so much healthier and growing better at every step of the process than the first seedling.So far I'm very happy with the result - I recommend TurboDirt over any chain store potting mix, which in my experience, are full of woodchips, broken bread bag tags and all sorts of other junk they collect from rubbish collection and include in their mix.
The first test run with Turbo dirt was so successful. I bought more. Just can't get enough, I'm slowly changing over to all turbo dirt in my pots, brilliant product. Dr Greenthumbs is brilliant, he always has time to answer all your questions and that's why I keep returning.
Turbo soil is amazing. Fluffy. Airy. Full of nutrients. Tomatoes, chilli, and cannabis all love it. Would recommend toot roids granular to all growers. Works with all 300+ species we have. Yet to try the fruit roids. But with growth as fast as this. Won't be long before I start giving them all some tea. Will definitely buy again.
