I have quite chunky calves and the 101’s are a perfect length for me. The bex sole gives me a little extra height and they are really comfortable. They are a little stiff as expected but not uncomfortably so. The size is spot on and I’m really pleased with my purchase.

They are stiff for me near the top of my toes where the lip of the shoe are sewn in. I used mink oil to soften up the leather on the outside. The 6 eyelets on the shoes are perfect because I'm rather short and it doesn't feel like the boots make my legs look shorter than they already are. Plus, the height helps and they look really badass! I was going back and forth between these shoes and the Vintage 101 Leather Ankle Boots and ultimately decided on the 101 Bex because of the added height, cushion and look of the shoe. My right 1st MTP joint is fused. These boots are fantastic. They were perfect after two wears. The square toe is a cool twist. It does make the boot a little shorter, but that is exactly what I needed. Love these.

I love the square toe twist on the classic DM boots. Somehow, the square toe made it classier. I got so many compliments on them.They do run big so I went a half size smaller. They are also narrower than the usual 1460s. With the smooth leather, it also took awhile to get broken in.
Love the look and feel of these. Only started wearing DMs the last 3 years so quite different style for me. Firm to bed in but that's a sign they'll last. Would buy a square Bex Chelsea boot in a flash. Have another two pair of box style and standard Chelsea now. 😆
I got these in a whole size smaller. I am a size 7 but ordered a size 6 in these. They felt very uncomfortable at first. They felt tight and small and was debating on sending them back for my true size until I read that's how they're supposed to feel at first until you break them in. Currently breaking them in and they feel much better and not small on me anymore. These are NOT heavy at all. They felt light as soon as I walked around in them. They look very chic for how smooth the leather looks and the height of the sole. It gives enough height and adds a little something to any outfit. The ankle length is perfect for me especially since I'm short.
My first order from the site. The boots came with incorrect laces. One lace was drastically longer than the other. Customer service took quite a while to respond, but they did fix the issue for me. The boots were of course, very stiff, but are now semi broken in after two weeks. I like the ankle cut making the shoes very easy to slip on and off and easy to tie. I also love the heel height. Not too short, but just enough lift without having to commit to the whole platform.
I wanted to buy some boots because I walk a lot of miles and I spend way too much money on trainers that just fall to pieces after a month or two. So I thought I'd get a nice pair of doc martens. I had some when I was a kid and they lasted for years but i out grew them sadly. They where my favourite boots. So I ordered them from Office shoes and they look amazing until I felt inside and there was an uncomfortable shape bit of leather at the lounge seam so I had to send them back unfortunately. I can't help to think that they like most things aren't made like they used too and couldn't help feeling disappointed with the quality of leather and the overall finish of the boots. But I will be buying from Office again fast delivery and great service. They definitely felt snug on the sides to begin with, but are breaking in really nicely after a few days, wearing them around the house. I normally wear a 12 US and these seem to be spot on, although they will feel a bit tight in the width to begin with.
We all know that Dr. martens take some time to get adjusted to. These square toed bex were perfect for my wide feet. I usually wear a size 8.5, and wasn’t sure which size to get. I decided to listen to the reviews and get a size down, 8. With no regrets I have so much room in the shoes that if I need to wear thick socks I can. Long story short I totally recommend these!Great quality leather, wondered customer support
