I've worn them dressed up and down and gotten so many compliments on them. The fuzzy lining is like walking on a cloud, and they're not as stiff as I thought they'd be which means I was able to break them in pretty quickly!

I love these boots! I wore them straight out of the box to Chicago, where it was so cold and snowy! They are comfortable and very warm. Bought my usual size and they fit great. These seem to run a little smaller than my other Doc’s but they still fit well.

I purchased 2 pairs of boots. Not happy with the Serena faux fur boots, I wore them for 15 minutes and damaged my foot, need to return them 😞. Went to Dr Martens store and didn’t take them back. Need info to return them or exchange them . Thanks
The front part is sewn so tight that it is absolutely impossible to wear - it seems like it will cut my feet in half. Very disappointed! I will never buy another one. I also couldn't return them because I ordered from another country. So I just lost all my money. Take my word - don't buy this!!
I would agree that when you first put them on, they have a weird bump just below the laces. I put them on and thought they would be uncomfortable. To my surprise they are wonderfully comfortable. I have gotten so many compliments on them.
These are very pretty boots but there is a weird, hard border on the inside below the laces. Must be from the faux fur that was sewn in. Also, these say they are brown but they look more red than brown. Nice boots but not for me.
I’ve had to order 4 pairs of this boot to get a matching left and right boot that doesn’t hurt my foot on the top. The boots shipped to me have an indentation where the material is sewn together and it wasn’t sewn well. See picture. I tried emailing company w/no response. Ended up ordering multiple pairs to find a good left and right and sent back the remaining ones but in the end had to pay for returned shipping more than once on a boot defect. The faux fur helps the boot be a little more snug than the regular 1460 boot which I have a couple of. I am normally a size 7.5 but I order my docs in 7 and have to wear thicker socks which is fine but these boots fit very well for me.
Bad quality. Look at the red cherry color after use them twice. I have more than 5+ pairs of Dr. Martens boots and this never happened before.
For being over 100.00 the boot tongue on my left boot is awful. It’s not centered and even after readjusting, it moves to the left lateral side. Too late to return since I wore the item thinking I just had to break them in.
