Docs are notoriously hard to break in, but these loafers are immediately comfortable. They look great and can be dressed up or down. There is plenty of space for your toes, too. Love these! They do run large - I had to return my usual size and buy a size down, but now they fit great!

I’ve had othe doc martens shoes with superior quality. This pair has a nice heavy sole but the leather gives “ASOS” quality. I order this shoe twice. And I would’ve ordered a third because the size was still too big. I wear a 7.5 so I sized down to a 7 which was huge. So I paid the $7 to return them and bought a 6. There are no exchanges. And I didn’t want to pay $7 again and take the chance of ordering a size 5 and have that not fit me too. Overall not very satisfied with my online shopping experience

I’ve only heard good things about docs and was super excited to get my first pair! But after receiving the loafers, I was super bummed with the quality. They weren’t constructed well and they gaped awkwardly at the sides. They were also way too big even after I sized down. Had to return them.

I read a lot of reviews and most of people said need to size down i usually wear sizes 7 in Dr. MartenSo, i decided to ordered sizes 6 and when i got it doesn’t fit me it was too small, so i returned it and ordered my usual size it’s not perfect fit but i still can wear a thick sock to make it perfect or put the insole onI recommend to order your size DO NOT SIZE DOWNBtw this shoe is very comfortable and I don’t need to break in at allI am so happy with it, I love it
I’ve been on the fence about buying this style for a long time. I own quite the collection of docs and the sizing on this one was a full size under my normal. I wear a size 8 in every other style ( I go between an 8-8.5 in other brands 39 in Birkenstock) and I ordered a 7 in this style and it was perfect. I have room to wear a sock that is on the thinner side (no winter wool socks the ankle bow socks are perfect). There was still a bit of a wear in, I have some red marks on the top where there was a bit of rubbing from the fold of the shoe. All in all I really love these and I’m tempted to buy the platform style too.
I purchased these shoes in a dr. Martens store, and chose the same size of the other 3 pairs of dr. Martens that I own. Because they didn't have my size in store they were ordered online to my house. When they arrived they were way too big and didn't fit me at all, and I have no idea why. I tried to exchange them in store for a smaller size but they said they didn't have my size and wouldn't be getting any more of these particular shoes in until next year. My only option was to go home and send them back and order another pair. So I lugged the shoes back home and packaged them up and payed 15€ of my own money to send them back. What a waste. Safe to say I will not be ordering from Dr. Martens ever again.
Have worn these maybe ten times since buying them a few weeks back and the inside leather is already ripping.I have used Oxfords from the early 2000’s that have less tear than these brand new Docs. Tells you all you need to know about modern capitalism; cheap out on the leather, still charge a luxury price.
They dont fit! I've been wearing docs for over 40 years and size has always been consistent. When I was younger, I wore a UK 8 US 9. As I got older foot spread caused me to go up to a UK 9 US 10 but these Aidrian loafer are really big on me. Even with a sole insert they're still huge. I looked to see if the size on the shoe and on the box were mixed up, but they're not. I need to exchange these for a smaller size.
I am a size 5 in all other Dr M shoes, so when I got these bex delivered I was very disappointed. They felt one size too big, so I did the return process took it to the UPS on a Saturday evening. The next day I decided to go to the store directly and tell them my disappointment. Luckily the girl told me all I need was a cushion sole and it should fit ! So I tried the one she gave me and wow!!! It FIT just right !!! So I ran back to the ups store on Monday (close Sundays) and thank god my package was still at the ups store! So I was able to keep my bex. I was very happy that the sole cushion fixed my problem.
The quality is very good, as always with Dr M. However, the sizing is just wrong. I own 3 pairs of Dr M. and I’m normally a size 5 (38), but in this model size 5 is way too big and it won’t even be good with an insole or with heel grips. I’m just not impressed! Having bought it online it’s just a hassle to return it and re-order it, so I guess I’ll just sell it on Vinted. It’s annoying because I’m a big fan of this brand and I was so excited to wear them.
