I was very skeptical when I heard all the benefits about molecular hydrogen but let me tell you, I am impressed. It's not instant but over a couple weeks I noticed I was less bloated, had more energy, didn't suffer from burnout if I did "too much" one day. As a sufferer of chronic fatigue, this product has really helped. The taste isn't great but it's not awful, I say it tastes like sour metal water lol. It's very good quality and I highly recommend. Don't expect instant results and pay attention to how you feel during the first couple weeks!

Been hearing much about hydrogen water lately. Didn't want to spend the money on a hydrogen water generating bottle and end up not liking it. Saw that Dr. Mercola had this product. Tremendous trust in and respect for him and his recommendations. Been using this for about 2 weeks and noticed a difference in only a couple of days. Much more energy (and more stable energy levels throughout the day), sleeping better, awaking more refreshed and with less stiffness. This stuff is amazing, and iHerbs prices are virtually unbeatable.

Finally got my replacement of missed delivered item. One table in one cup of water full of H2 gas and dissolved in 1 mins in 480 ml RO. Little sour taste, feel sober after consume. Have yet to realize the benefit as only consume a table every morning empty stomach. So far no side effect detected. Was wondering how these gas can help in detox particle from whole body. Let’s see. It is very gassy and I guess it’s value for the H2. Clear water turns grayish after 1 minute.

Dr mercola stuff is well known by its great quality supplements. Initially I purchased 30 pills to see how it would work. First day I took my back pain was gone and energy became higher. I purchased bc wanted to raise oxygen in my cells. No matter what my blood work exam showed improvements! I take 480 ml of distilled water and let the capsule works. Then I drink eight way. I have been doing when fasting but already took it in the middle of the day without any problems. I also see my gut works better with it. This supplement of perfect Quality is awesome. I already read on pubmed about all the energy it provides and how it heals you body and fades away all free radicals and how you also get the best magnesium as ingredient while drinking the H2.. It is true. I was very injured bij the 2Pfizer jabs and often very tired in the afternoon. Since I take H2 from De.mercola there is no need anymore to lie down in the afternoon and I can do everything until 12 pm in the night. Then I go to bed and rise after 7,5 hours with new energy. I received my order just before I fell ill. Its a nice small bottle packed very well inside and contents arrived in great condition. It helped keep my hydrated and I could feel muscle relaxation and more upon drinking the glass of water. It was very refreshing and I could feel that my body was using the contents. It is very easy to use. Doesn't take long to dissolve. There is a taste and cloudiness to the water as a film dissolves off the tablet. Hydration is important and it's always been hard for my body with so many minerals depleted out of regular water. This was very nice.
