I always use this baking powder, as well as many others products from Dr. Oetker. I believe them to be one of the best in the industry. This very baking powder works perfectly. I’ve never had any wasted food because of it. The dough rises quite impressively. Sometimes, you can’t even tell whether it’s yeast dough or not. The pastry comes out puffy and squishy. And, what’s more, it doesn’t affect the taste. I love it!

This is so convenient to have in your pantry. It was perfect when I ran out of my jar of baking powder while I was baking. Didn’t need to make an emergency grocery store trip. No difference in rose from my usual go to brand.

Dr. Oetker has been a go-to for years as there is no comparable product readily available for baking. I never make sweets with other baking powders as they almost come out flat and less moist.

Save your money and buy baking powder at the bulk store if you can. This is an expensive way to get and use baking powder if you only need a little or do not use very often. Love Dr Oetker but will skip this product.
The Dr Oetker baking powder worked just as well as my regular brand of baking powder. I don't think I would purchase it again in the pouch form though. I think there will be too much waste as I only needed to use part of the pouch in my recipe. Perhaps package it in a resealable box or can?
I used to buy jars of baking powder and never use them up before they go stale. The packets make it so handy and useful that you always have fresh and active baking powder on hand.
I bake using a lot of European recipes. The Dr Oetker baking powder is very convenient as the recipes often call for a packet or by weight. This baking powder works great.
Personally I noticed zero difference between this product and regular non-gluten free baking powder. The individual packets are great because you don't have to open the entire product at once and have it lose efficacy between now and the next baking session, you just open one packet and use what is needed
I bought the pouches because i dont need that much and dont use often so it will stay fresh longer. It is however more expensive to just require a little bit. I hope it will be worth it.
I prefer buying these. So much value for the price. I like that I don't have to keep dipping a spoon like other solutions in the market. Always produces excellent baking results.
