Dr Teal's Pure Epsom Salt - Pre & Post Workout 1.36kg

My nerves were damaged. I felt like numbness, sharp pains, and tingling. I soaked for one hour and felt restored. Did this for 3 nights in a row. I’m good now.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Everything about this product is amazing. Although the scent is strong, it is very very relaxing. I originally got this for my husband to soak in when he was doing his core training, but I have horrible body aches, and pain and sometimes regular Epsom salt just isn't enough. This does the trick. It relaxes my hole body, and being pregnant my body aches, and pains is magnified. This product does my body good, and with those body aches, and pains during pregnancy it makes it hard to sleep... after a soak with this I sleep very well, and doesn't take long to get comfortable. I love the zip type closure. I've never seen anything like it. Very neat. I would defaintly buy again!!

I use every product of Dr. Teal’s. I started using these products because they contained pure epsom salt. I needed the magnesium. If you suffer with Fibromyalgia, it’s a must have. I had know idea how many products Dr. Teal’s offers or how much I would enjoy them. After I started buying these products I fell in love with the variety of each type product. They all have essential oils, that are not just good for your skin health but also your senses. For me it depends on my mood which one I pick. I also have my favorites for morning or night. These products makes great gifts! So many people do not realize how many benefits these products have or how much they will enjoy using them.

My kids who are both competitive high school runners, use this after a hard track workout. My son who has been dealing with hip pain, finds great relief after using this. It helps aching muscles and joints. I highly recommend it. Two thumbs up!! Love the price too!! Very inexpensive.

Awfully odiferous

Dr Teal has totally corrupted the simple power of epsom salts here by combining with a truly odiferous overpowering blend of artificial fragrance and oils. smell lingered for hours afterwards - just wanted to wash it off immediately. And, all in the name of capitalism, selling it at a pricey £8.50. You can buy a plain epsom saltsbath from another retailer which does all the soothing work of the salts for significantly less. Stay clear!

Dr. Teals Epsom Salt

This was the best soaking stuff I have used to so far. you only need 2 cups. the very first time you use it you body will feel tingly and relaxed and usually fall asleep after getting out of the bath. you wont feel the tingle the more you use as your body gets use it to it and detoxes but it will help you relax and ease the pain . I use this and have bought to give other family members. Price is great as well. Double at other places. you also can use as a paste or just soak a wash cloth in the water and soaking solution and wrap on the sore area if you don't want to soak in the bath. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I love Bernina machines . They are very expensive and I didnt want to spend over 2000 $ on the embroidery module . I have the 770 and the q16 . The module I bought for 300 dollars is the best bargain I ever got . It works perfectly . Its like new . It took me several days to learn how to use it but that is normal . Happy days . Thank you

Menthol, no joke.

Can put on a direct area and it's like a treatment. If you out a lot in the bath it will feel cold where the salt was the menthol is that strong. I use a little in bath then rub it directly on sore areas during %26 after

Strong Citrus Scent not Menthol

Good size. Unfortunately, I do not like the smell. Mint would have been very refreshing, however the 'PARFUM (FRAGRANCE)' is completely overpowering. There is a hint of menthol under the strong citrus scent. Disappointing. I'll go back to Dr Salts.

Very relaxing

As someone who goes to the gym 4 times a week now, this formula from Dr. Teal's really excited me. It soothes muscles, not completely, but any relief after an intense workout is welcome. I have to say the smell was out of this world for me too! It felt good to inhale the citrus scent while soaking in a warm bath.
