I've only started the puzzle so far, but I already love it. The packaging is good, the art looks lovely, and it includes a separate paper with the full image on it as well, which is something I like to use. It seems very good quality and I'm happy with it.I had to contact customer service to get my order. After a month and a half I had received no updates. As soon as I contacted them to ask for an update, the very next day they shipped it and it arrived a couple days later. I'm not sure why there was such a long delay, but I usually prefer if I don't have to contact a company in order for them to ship my items to me.

This is a *great* puzzle. There's so many different features so you don't have too many generic pieces, and it's been really fun building it from it's features. There's a great variance of color and some fun sneaky pieces...I love this. I really got to learn the map of thedas.That said my puzzle was missing a piece (I'm not positive when it was lost, I'm pretty sure I was very careful about the pieces) so it was a little sad

Having never actually put a puzzle relating to a map before, I was pleasantly surprised to see how good it looked on the item description, and I became even more impressed with the look, overall artwork and quality of the puzzle. Truly a wonderful looking piece of art done by the creator.

I got this puzzle for a friend and she says she loved it! The quality of the pieces is readily apparent, with each one having a solid design and a reliable durability. The image quality is fantastic, though it can be tough to interpret the finer details of such an image in a darker environment, so this might not be a wise exercise in fantasy cartography when done by candlelight.All in all, it's a well made puzzle that's sure to be a hit with any fan of the Dragon Age franchise!
I love the thickness of the pieces. Nice, solid, not prone to fraying. They could fit tighter - but that is a minor inconvenience when shifting done sections around. The art is lovely - the palette is challenging enough to make the puzzle fun, but not frustrating. There's a lot going on in the border too - which makes a nice contrast to the map.
