I tried this six months ago as I have trouble sleeping. The first two times I took it I woke up with really intense migraines so I stopped using it. I am an exclusive side sleeper. This **** has me sleeping on my back. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve slept on my back in the last 5 years. A grand total of one time. This has had me on my back the last few nights I took it. I don’t even sleep that well after a good ** down. I tastes absolutely revolting but it sure does work. If you struggle to sleep it will knock you the **** out.

Only used it for about a week now, it absolutely works for me. It has a great sweet tea-like taste that you don’t get sick of and doesn’t go clumpy when mixed with water. All natural ingredients is fantastic, and I have had the best sleep ever the past week. Definitely rate it as a product. Only draw back is it’s only 30 servings for $110. So if you used it every night, you’re looking at $110 a month. Not a very cheap option to get a good night sleep. Overall it is worth having if you don’t want pharmaceutical products or prescriptions.
I've taken pretty much every over the counter and prescription sleeping medication available. They either haven't worked for me, or left me groggy the next day. This stuff is amazing. Half an hour before bedtime and I'm asleep on my back for the night, waking up feeling refreshed
I'd pretty much given up on ever having a decent nights sleep ever again. Chronic insomniac, so many drugs, so many supplements, naturopaths, specialists, and nothing, NOTHING, has ever worked like dream has. My sleep tracker showed REM and deep at higher levels than I'd ever thought possible. At work now they think I'm on drugs as I have so much energy and focus, purely 100% because of this stuff. Feeling high strung and unable to wind down, this formula helps me just completely relax into a sleep state. Only downfall is the flavour, don't really like pineapple one but keen to try the others.
If getting a deep and restful sleep eludes you, I urge you to to give this product a go. Having used sleep supplements in the past and having had mediocre results this one gets me out like a light and I stay asleep. Having a varied sleep/work schedule my body clock was always a bit hit and miss but since using dream I’m actually getting quality sleep and wake feeling actually rested. No morning after grogginess either which is a huge plus!
I've had pretty bad insomnia for a few years, caused by too much stress/cortisol. First night I used it I was noticeably yawning (great sign) off one scoop, but it didn't actually put me to sleep when I went to bed. Second night I went the double scoop and noticed nothing. Obviously sleep and insomnia are pretty complex and it depends on why you can't sleep, so no product is a one size fits all. The ingredients are definitely unique and you can tell real effort has gone into R&D so its hard to fault that. If you're a normal person and not a chronic insomniac, I bet this stuff will knock you out.
