So looked around for a decent new, one not to many around at this time of the year. I found Dreamaker had good reviews and MyDeal had a great price. The blanket arrived in great condition brand new works well heats fast and the 350 GSM fleece stays warm and soft all night. Might leave on the bed permanently as don't want to fold it and destroy it with kinks.

This is terrifying and I've contacted them for a refund and return.

I am extremely pleased with my new electric blanket. The fleecy top means that I do not feel the heating lines in the blanket. Also, the fleece is generously warm and soft, and retains warmth without becoming too hot. The multi-setting control allows me to set the temperature at precisely the level I want so that the bed does not become too warm. Finally, I can drift off to sleep comfortably knowing that the auto cut-off will turn off the blanket. I do not awaken overheated and perspiring. My blanket is a highly efficient product and a sound investment for winter.
Excellent electric blanket, this is the second one I've bought now from Temple and Webster. Was so happy with the quality and price that I purchased another one for the spare bed.The sheepskin is good quality and you don't feel the wiring under your body so it is nice and comfortable.Good amount of heat settings, 1-8 and easy to fit to the mattress and it stays put.Highly recommend this electric blanket for the great quality, price point and ease of delivery.Arrived swiftly and beautifully packaged, thankyou!
The best thing I ever purchased to keep us warm in bed. It has dual controls so you can adjust the heat according to your own needs. It is washable so it is very easy to keep clean. It is extremely well made. Well worth the price, I see it as an investment for every winters comfort.
I was specifically looking for a Fleece top electric blanket and checked out all the online suppliers. The GSM Fleece top blanket from Myer was priced well and looked comfy! I had the best night sleep I've had for many years...so soft and snug. Highly recommend you purchase this product.
Love the fleece, size and everything except I feel the control switch / usage could be simplified. If I wake up in the night feeling a bit cold, I prefer to be able to just flick one switch and know my blanket will turn on at the lowest setting. With this blanket I have to first turn it on, wait for the beeps then press the thermostat a number of times to get the desired setting. Not always good when you’re half asleep!

Previous standard size electric blankets have had a removable fleece topper making washing easy, and has had 9 heat settings with a foot zone and a timer with several options for shut off. This one has a fleece topper but it is not removable, and although have the impression of an included timer, it is merely an auto shut off after 10 hours continuous use. Not what I was after at all. Having said that, it heats, with a boost function.. which unfortunately reverts to setting 1 when the boost has finished, unlike previous which reverts to your chosen number setting. But, it fits a long single bed which is your only option if you own a split king adjustable bed, and as stated this size is almost impossible to find with anything but basic options, and also means that the controller is in the wrong side for one side of the bed...meaning one side has to have the blanket on the bed upside down or have the controller at the foot of the bed instead. I don't think Australia have caught up with the whole adjustable bed thing yet, and the fact that they are a king size bed split into two separate mattresses, thereby not realising you need 2 blankets with controllers on opposite sides to fit correctly. However these were really our only option. Have only used it once, as we are no longer getting very cold nights, and it warmed the bed, where our previous blanket with 9 heat settings almost gave you 2nd degree burns on high.. lovely on a freezing night to get into. I'm sure they will take the chill off the sheets but not make you super toasty. Again, no other options. Maybe one day a manufacturer will realise there is a huge gap in the market and start manufacturing one to actually fit these beds and give them the deluxe options available on regular sized mattresses.
