We got our high chair second hand and it had no straps so my son keeps climbing out of it and I was worried that he would fall. This safety harness and reins comes in very handy! It came with instructions and was very easy to set up and use. You just attach the safety straps on the high chair and then clip the harness into it and then put the child in and clip the back closed. After the initial set up you can just leave the harness put. I have not used the walking harness part of this yet since I wear my son everywhere we go in our Tula. The instructions that came with it have instructions in 4 different languages which I thought was pretty cool. Adjustable, very safe system to help my daughter with Down's to stay in place on a chair, which is sometimes difficult for her. Good quality, I recommend it.
Very useful item when your baby starts walking. We use it as a safety harness for that purpose rather than for strapping baby to the chair/stroller.
This harness is very useful the reason that I got this harness was because I saw my niece falling over in a cart and the person who was babysitting her didn't carry the baby carrier in or her carseat in and didn't have anything to sit her in other than just a cart and so she was falling over she kept hitting her head and when I saw this I knew it would be perfect. This is very easy to put on its like a shirt it adjusts on the sides and clips to the cart on each side of the baby so it holds the baby in the center. Now when we used it and she almost fell over we were able to stop her from falling by having the leash in our hands. It is very easy to use, when you look at this you can tell that it goes on just like a shirt and the sides have different length and tightness for you to hook onto a cart also you don't have to have the leash on it you can just use it for a shopping cart or even a stroller so the baby can not get out of the stroller but it keeps the baby in one place. When the baby starts crawling and you're pushing the baby in a stroller the stroller does have a seat belt in it but its not like the harness this harness keeps the baby from climbing out the seatbelt in the stroller does not keep the baby from climbing out because this is on the baby tighten down the straps and clipped to the stroller the baby can not get out of it. Really recommend you have this handy especially if you go on a trip or go to a park it will help keep the baby safe and secure.

it wasn't suited to my lie down baby pram but i think that was my fault. it suits an older toddler who sits up in a pram or stroller and a good harness to stop children running off.
