Bought two bottles of this but still trying to finish the first. It's a very fast absorbing, light weight gel. I have had very stubborn blackheads since adolescence and my pores are very enlarged now that I'm in my 30's. I have tried MANY acne products and different types of acids to help rid of my blackheads which are mainly on my nose. The only product that has been effective so far is an indie brand from Taiwan (Dr. Hsieh) and that is a mandelic acid with a concentration of 25%.This product helps slow down the growth of my blackheads after I get rid of them with nose strips. However, the concentration is not strong enough to really deeply "clean" out the sebum from my pores. But that being said, if your blackhead situation is not as serious as mine, I would say this is a great product to try.

The price is scary. It is an expensive product - however it is so so so worth it for me. If I had to let go of every skin care product I owned except for one (other than let’s say a basic cleanser and moisturizer) this would be the product I could not live without. - Your skin will take time to get used to the product. After a patch test, use every third night till your skin gets used to it, then every second night, working up to every day. Go gradually. Some people find it tingles or stings at first, I only felt a slight tingle the first few times but if you work up to using this gradually you will have no issues - The PURGING PHASE.... as your skin gets used to the regular chemical exfoliation, all the acne that has been sitting below the surface of your skin will be brought to the surface, leaving you with more bumps and texture than before for the first 2-3 weeks... this is your skin cleaning itself out as cell turnover increases due to use of the product. Just push through this part. Don’t stress because your skin seems to be getting worse, it’s normal, will go away, and means the product is working!! TIPS: - Make sure to wash this off your face in the morning if you will be in the sun use extra SPF after using as your skin will be more sensitive to UV - SHAKE WELL BEFORE EVERY USE!!! I have been using this product for 7+ years and the long term benefits have really impressed me. I struggle(d) with acne and scarring and I give all the credit of that repair and prevention to this product.I think it's REALLY important to understand that this product can burn in the beginning. If it does, you need to incorporate it slowly into your routine. Once a week for a while of you must. Do not rush it. And do not expect results immediately. Personally I think you need to give it a year. One standard size bottle lasts me a really long time, so in the long run it's not terribly expensive.But if you think this product is right for you, please be patient with it. Significant impact on my congested oily skin

This has been a turnaround serum for me. Where was this when I was in my twenties?! At 43 I have finally found something to keep my skin in check. Yes, I still get the occasional blemish due to hormones or stress. However this has made such a significant difference in getting my general skin texture, blemishes and blackheads in shape.I have oily skin with lots of small blackheads and even the redness has reduced. I now use it every night and did build it up as per the instructions - be careful of cuts on your fingers and it will make spots tingle. I also use a heavy moisturiser at night as it really does call for it.

T.L.C. Serum + F Balm Waterfacial for Glass Skin

I never do product reviews- but I have sensitive, dry skin and I absolutely LOVE my skin when I use this! I finally decided to invest in my skincare at 39, and I definitely think this stuff is worth the price. I will note that the first time I tried it, it made me red and tingly. But I slowly increased from 1x wk to daily, and the tinglyness stopped. I HIGHLY recommend layering the Drunk Elephant Water Facial on top- It feels SO cool and heavenly and makes my skin absolutely glow.Also whenever I skip makeup and *only* wear this combo out, I feel like a celebrity fresh from the spa and it's such a treat.

I thought that was a neat design for travel.I did see results with the product. It helped reduce the size of pimples I had. There was some tingling on my face when I used the product but nothing alarming and it subsided quickly. I think I got around 3 months of use out of the product using it 2-3 times a week.Given how expensive the product was I couldn't really justify buying it again.
