Use these cause after having Spinal fusion surgery that failed this makes going to the loo bearable, I found the price tag to be of excellent value and delivery was fast.

I bought this about a month ago and used it on the weekend. Didnt take long at all to kick in, but it kind of does make you want to go, go, go. The toilet is your friend. Follow the instructions I reckon and you won't go wrong.
