Dune Blu-ray

Great but flawed

The movie is a great attempt to adapt the masterpiece that is Frank Herbert’s Dune. But has issues such as gender swapping with Dr Liet-Kynes. Another issue is trying to fit too much of the book into one movie which has lead to too much of what was covered in the movie being either shortened or removed or modified, which in my opinion is a disgrace to the story as it leaves so much unexplained or poorly answered an example is the story relating to the hunter seeker and Dr Yueh which was condensed so much that a large amount of information has been outright removed which leads to a poor understanding of the attack on Arrakeen.
