I’ve used this on some old grout and on new grout. While the old grout required several applications the new grout required fewer. Bush is easy to use but does fray after being in use for a longer period of time - ie when you are nearing the end of the bottle.

I used this 3 years ago and it has protected the grout from getting dirty. I don't know how long the seal lasts, but I am very happy with it. Makes cleaning the tiles much easier with the mop now as no dirt is getting into the grout

I found this very messy and super hard to clean up. I wouldn't go down this path a second time.
Was easy to use and follow directions. Because I was doing it for the first time, couldn’t work out if it worked or not. I did the laundry area first and seems to be fine, as I can’t see much going in there. I am not sure if better product is out there.
I bought this to seal my grout in the shower. I wanted to give it an extra layer of protection. Product is super easy to apply. The little brush on the end is very very handy.
I have a large area of tiles that i was sealing and this is better than other options i looked at, the only issue is the fact that you have to squeeze the bottle quite hard to get the liquid out, which makes your hand sore after doing it for a long time. the other thing is the fluffy nozzle wears out before you have even used about 30% of it
