I bought a set of these pillows around Dec sales time and loved them when I tried them in store. After I took them home though, I experienced a few bad sleeps where I woke up with neck and shoulder pain, which felt like it had to be caused by the new pillow. I was pretty ready to give up on these but considering the premium price and alleged quality of this brand I persisted with them, even swapping between an old pillow and these for a couple of weeks until my body finally adjusted and i’m pleased to say that I really really love them and find them perfectly comfortable and supportive now. I have been using this pillow for the last 15 years.I bought new one every 4 years as it loss its firmness over the years.I bought another one just recently... online... that's my biggeat mistake!First it was sent in a box smaller than the pillow,, so they bent the pillow... and when I received it, the pillow was not firm anymore!And because I bought online, I didn't get the chance to feel the firmess of the pillow... I thought after having 4 pillows of the same brand, I thought I would have the same quality... but NOT!The pillow was used to help relieve my neck pain. Bur as the quality of the pillow is VERY BED now, it actually causes my neck pain!So please don't waste your money on this expensive pillow!

Bought the medium profile Therapillo, being a side sleeper it was not high enough I needed more lift. That’s why I bought the high profile, I felt happy with the quality. Just needed the extra height. Love my new pillow.

I love this pillow and so does my 14 year old daughter. We’ve had our original one each for 6 years now and they are still going strong. I could only afford to buy one each at the time and have recently got around to getting a second one each. Feels and looks like the exact same quality. When we first got them six years ago the high profile did feel a little bit high but I am very glad that’s what we went with. Soon got used to it and would not want a lower profile now. It is a firm and supportive pillow and I would say worth the money, particularly if you pick it up on sale.
Great support. Switched over from another brand years ago and haven’t looked back. Stopped all my back/neck pain. Does take me a week to get use to, but then it’s pretty much perfect. Oh thing I’d like to see, is a slightly slimmer version,
I purchased this pillow over the weekend, this is my 2nd time buying the same pillow over the last 4 years. I just wanted fresh one since my old pillow was quite old.So far i have only slept on it for few nights and if I am honest it’s not as good as my old pillow which was the same brand. Why, because the new pillowIs not as firm as my old pillow. I am a side sleeper and need my memory foam pillow to be slightly firmer to support my neck and my side sleeping habits.I have small frame and this new pillow is not the same product as my old one which is disappointing as ICan’t return it.

I tried 3 pillows before i came to this one and the reason being, i also purchased a new Medium TimesSquare Mattress from Snooze, which changed everything. I tried the Dunlopillo high profile medium feel latex (TOO HIGH), one from Snooze called Balance(YUK) and a Contour pillow Mason and something which was good but(TOO LOW). I thought alright, i will go in to Spotlight myself and brought with me my own second pillow which is a medium latex pillow to try it against the Dunlopillo Classic. I bought this pillow to support my sore neck. I've been using the pillow now for a few weeks. I agree with other reviewers that it does give support and it is quite comfortable. I was a bit disappointed in the smell of one of the pillows (I bought two) as one had a rubbery smell. I've used two pillow cases to remove the scent with effect. I think ideally, I should have bought the "high" profile pillow (I bought the medium one) as I feel the higher pillow would provide better neck alignment when I sleep on my side. I do also sleep on my back but it doesn't feel as comfortable on my neck when on my back.
I have a Dunlopillo Therapillo Medium Profile I bought a few years back and it was so good I thought I would get another one. What a disappointment....this one is definitely not a medium profile its closer to a low profile. Even though my old one has been used every night for some years it is still higher in profile than the new one. Total waste of money as its far too low for me to sleep on.
This pillow advertises itself to be of such high standards and graded as a high quality. Which it isn't. It is way too hard . unsuitable for back or side sleepers. the pillow puts pressure on the skull and neck. Should be off the shelves.
