Dymax CO2 Professional Regulator RX-123 With Solinoid

Dymax CO2 Professional Regulator RX-123 with Solinoid CO2 is arguably the most important element in the planted aquarium. It is required for respiration and growth by all aquatic plants, used in a process called photosynthesis. In the wild, plants naturally get their CO2 in large quantities from the substrate (mud) and degrading plants. However, in an enclosed aquarium, CO2 is very limited. Water from your tap is depleted from CO2 and plant decay in an aquarium is minimal compared to the wild. This is why many aquarists have found out that supplementing CO2 really does help their plants grow much better and a lot stronger. So, when only the best will do the Damax range of Aquascaping and planted tanks brings you the best range in equipment. The Dymax CO2 Professional Regulator RX-123 provides accurate regulation of CO2 for the aquarium. The regulator is made of solid aluminium, providing corrosion resistance against salt water. Besides being light in weight, the regulator requires no tools for fastening onto the cylinder. The included solenoid combined with the bubble counter will enable you to provide a measured and timely injection of CO2 into your fish tank. Common leakage problems of other regulators are often caused by high heat generated by the solenoid valve during operation through expansion. The unique design of Dymax's CO2 Regulator, which creates low energy and minimal heat by the solenoid, will not cause any damage to any part of the regulator, making it safer and more durable than many other regulators on the market. The RX-123 is an ideal regulator for both freshwater and marine aquarium.
