Bought this a few years ago but infrequently used 1 - 1 1/2 cassettes if that, in other words probably less than about 100 labels ever printed.Always infuriated by archaic and limited menu choice of font sizes, spacing etc.Now, it has stopped performing even its limited functions. The top third of every character is faint or missing completely.This thing boasts a screen but can't even perform its primary function. Yet Dymo scores a resounding zero when it comes to doing the job.

I bought this label printer for my wife as she uses it only asked "How is the printer very good works fine." that's all I can tell
