I purchased Dyson from Sharaf Dg Mushrif mall Abu Dhabi,Firstly the product serial no donot register on dyson website and upon requesting them for a reason they told us it doesnt matter as we can claim a warranty, wow if a serial no is not registering that makes my product not genuine correct?help center was not cooperative of Sharaf Dg, they refused to replace or even look at tbe product as i informed them about product not registering as soon as i received and opened the product.Now as i wax aware there is some issue with the product here we are, the water level doesnt go down at alll. even if it is on all the time.

Autoreact is the Key Word

Because this Humidify+Cool model uses an Autoreact feature it's designed to have both Temperature and Humidity set to Auto. The idea being it will maintain the most comfortable balance. Therefore there is no smartphone app control.I found setting the Humidity to Auto worked very well. Our climate is hot and dry and this provided just enough humidity to add comfort and a slight cooling effect. However setting the temperature to Auto had the unit running at the maximum speed of 10 most of the time. Defective Pump Column

Ive had this $800 humdifier replaced 6 times because the pump column that supplies water to the humidifier has a known defect. Theres multiple reports about it on reddit and online that the humidifier works for a few weeks to 2 months if you're lucky, before it stops humidifying. (You'll notice that the water level suddenly stops decreasing). I'm giving it more than 1 star since dyson has been at least replacing it with decent customer service. They even told me that the pump column issue was fixed (obviously they know about the defect, and evidently it has not been fixed). The return policy is over by the time the defect manifests itself, then you're stuck being shipped replacement pump columns and machines until inevitably the warranty runs out. Purifier works fine, but if I wanted a plain purifier it could've been a few hundred $ cheaper.

Great Air

I am very pleased with this type and finally no wifi or no application . Everyone seems like the app and able to control wirelessly but from my experience manual control is much better then to depend of software which freezes , and wasting time if not working properly. I love this type dyson , I had a few before and I must returned because was app control which was not able work properly. Well the filter should last for 12 months but I have replaced after 5 months . Excellent type of air purifier . It is not fan. Does not cool the air, just give a little air movement but to keep air clean is a great choice and help

Huge waste of money

This product will work well for only about a year before needing all new replacement pieces. I bought two of these, and both had multiple error messages popping up needing new things. It kept saying it needed a deep clean cycle ran on it, but every few seconds (10-30) it would pause in the cycle. It took like 3 days of me unplugging and repluggong it in to get it through the cycle. Then the error still occurs! With my heavy research, it appears like the water pump gave out. To replace it, it's another 150$! Way too much going on for such an expensive appliance.

Lasted less than 3 months

I received this item the beginning of July and it stopped working at the start of September. Kept showing an error screen. We tried to look up ways to fix this but nothing worked. Dyson is meant to be a good brand and for how much it cost, it's ridiculous it didn't even last that long. When it worked, admittedly it was good at it's job, just not of good quality since it's broken down for no reason, I took good care of it.

Not Impressed

I've already had two units replaced. The first one made noises at high speeds. The second one kept throwing an error after running the first deep clean cycle. The third one was the PH03 model and does not work via the app. This is not apparent and is misleading. The Dyson CS agent never bothered to mention this. So I effectively got an inferior version of what I paid for and Dyson didn't bother to compensate me. My opinion of Dyson is that they sell over priced devices which look good and in case of vacuum cleaners work ok but their lofty claims of engineering and R&D are just marketing gimmicks.

Not bad, but I don’t expect “not bad” from Dyson

I bought this a month ago and have been fairly pleased with it. Our bedroom has high ceilings and gets quite dry in the winter because of our dry air heater. This raises the humidity from ~45% to about 55%, at around the level 4 setting (out of 10).Pros:Easy to refill and clean thanks to a generously large tank opening.The tank has a handle to make transporting easy.Good remote with timer and info screen, incl humidity sensor.Clean styling and modern Dyson design.Cons:Louder than I expected. Could also function as a white noise generator.Strongly recommend only buying on sale.

Piece of garbage

This is the worst excuse for a humidifier or a purifier ever put on the market. I'd give it zero stars if I could . I've had my machine replaced 3 times and I have yet to have one where the humidifier works. And now it's showing a "severe" rating for air quality but in 3 days hasn't done anything to improve it. This is $800 down the drain. I bought this relying on Dyson's great reputation for technology, but based upon my experience they certainly don't deserve it. I would never buy another Dyson product again.

Two weeks went past and I contacted them to ask for a tracking number and they eventually came back and told me that they are out of stock of the filters, they can't tell me when or if they will get more and that I will need to contact them again to replace the order with them. They knew they were out of stock at the time of offering them to me.As for the product itself, save your money, it hasn't helped me at all.I really am disappointed with the product, the terrible Dyson service and the fact that the consumables aren't even available from Dyson themselves.Please avoid.
