Dyson V10 Sv12 Big Body & Cyclone Assembly 969596-07

Ordered a new body for my Dyson after it took a tumble on a hard floor and smashed. Perfect replacement, arrived swiftly, back in working order for a fraction of the price of a new machine. 5 stars from me

Delivery a day late but it was posted in the Christmas rush and not the fault of . Original brand new Dyson part which was very easy to fit once I had removed three very tight screws from the faulty unit. Now works like new and a fraction of the cost of buying a new complete vacuum.

Replacement cyclone body for my Dyson V10 vacuum, parts arrived quickly very easy to fit now working perfect.

Genuine dyson body, all you have to do is fit the battery, filter and collection bowl from your original and good to go. No other work required, I wrongly assumed I would need to motors etc.

I ordered the replacement cyclone 22.8.21 and I had notification that it had been dispatched from the centre to the delivery team 23.8.21. I had notification that it was on its way it arrived 26.8.21 via Royal Mail. It was boxed adequately and safely and intact. This was a genuine Dyson part as described and was easy to assemble and replace as long as you didn't loose any of the screws. You need a decent small Philips screwdriver with long shaft and a security star headed torx (small) screwdriver both screwdriver heads similar small size. You may need a torch or bright light to ensure you have the screwdriver head in the screw head to avoid damaging the screws as these are quite delicate screw heads and can damage quite easily. I will be using parts centre again my only issue was I was unable to order the red part as this was the one I had which was broken. It's a shame this was not identified within the order system although the agent who I made the initial enquiry did report he would see if he had any influence on the colour sent. Unfortunately he was unable to do this. If there was the ability to request the colour of the cyclone this would be my only suggestion

Wasn't sure what I need from the œbroken part so took it apart completely, no need, great part and great service.

Repaired a terrible faulty hit and miss trigger and motor assembly. Works like a new hoover again.
