Earplugs 3-in-1 Noise Control - Loop Switch 2 - 26 DB Noise Reduction - Gold - Reusable & Stylish - Multifunctional, Different Noise Levels

I just upgraded to the switch 2 from my experience set from years ago. I primarily use it for concerts and performing as a musician in theatre orchestras. I used them for the first time at a Babymetal concert and I loved being able to easily talk to my friends both during the show and in quieter moments. The plugs are super comfortable and never felt like they were going to slip out of my ears. The switching between modes is extremely easy to do while they are in your ears and I paired these with a Loop Link (the neck strap). The strap kept me from being worried about losing these both while they were in my ears and hanging around my neck.

I bought the first generation Loops Switch earplugs to help manage my tinnitus and more importantly, my hyperacusis...both which affect my left ear. And I must say, these earplugs have made a world of difference in enabling me to function out in public without fear of encountering an unexpected loud noise which would otherwise cause lingering pain in my ear that can last for days before it subsides. I simply turn the dial on them to the necessary setting on the fly and I can withstand most loud noises.If I had to make two criticisms, it's that the engage mode makes it a little difficult for me to hear certain speaking voices depending on the person, usually male, causing me to have to ask him to repeat himself. I also wish these earplugs had some official water resistance in case they do somehow get wet without me worrying if their functionality was compromised.Other than that, despite my likelihood of having to rely on these earplugs potentially for the rest of my life, I can feel normal again when out in public while wearing these. I had just bought the Switch 2 earplugs and am waiting for them to arrive. May as well use those going forward and keep the ones I have now as a spare set.If anyone suffers from tinnitus or worse, hyperacusis, these earplugs make a huge difference...at least they have for me. I'd say give them a try. If they don't work out for you, simply return them.

Great earplugs but the case is just not trustworthy. First of all, I wish it had a stronger loop on the case to secure it via a caribeaner or something similar. that tiny rubber loop seems like it might break, and is too small to fit on an average caribeaner. Secondly, my case is not sturdy enough to handle such tiny earplugs. It would frequently open on its own accord which is not what you want when you're carrying around precious expensive TINY earplugs. Especially when you accidentally drop your case because you cant hook it onto anything and then the case snaps open and the earplugs go flying. That happened to me and now I have no idea where my right earplug went and I am so sad. Not sure what to do because I can't afford a another pair.
