Earthwise Sensitive Clean Laundry Liquid Washing Detergent (2L)

I was lucky enough to receive this Earthwise sensitive laundry detergent for free in exchange for an honest review. This detergent smelled nice, did a fine job of washing the clothes, comes in a good size bottle and has a price point that is comparable to the other leading detergent brands, all positives for me. A downside is that my daughter has had an eczema flare up and I am unsure as to whether it was related to this product. In saying that, I would definitely give it another go once her skin has settled down.

The scent is beautiful which is so hard to find with sensitive protects. It’s good for the environment too which is even better!

My favourite thing about this laundry liquid would have to be that there are no harsh chemicals, naturally derived enzymes and that it’s dermatologically tested, I feel good knowing that it’s going to be ok for my Childrens skin. Since it’s a sensitive laundry liquid it’s unscented, however I do notice a very slight scent which is pleasant enough, I personally prefer stronger scented laundry liquids. It left my washing feeling soft, fresh and clean and my family of 6 had no skin reactions to it. This large bottle lasts up to approx 40 loads so it can last some time. Also since it’s on liquid form it leaves no marks on stains on your clothes, unlike some powders that can leave white marks when it hasn’t washed through properly. Leaves your clothes smelling fresh and clean. 2L bottle has 40 washes, so you don’t have to replace it as often. I also love supporting anything Australia made so that’s a bonus.

The smell was beautiful and left me excited to see how this product stacked up against the piles of soiled laundry we had. And was I pleased. Not only did this product smell nice it also worked fantastically. It lifted stains and cleaned my washing whilst maintains an eco friendly approach. My babies skin were not irritated by this sensitive wash either which was exactly what I was hoping for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] I've used the same laundry liquid in my house for 12+ years as it doesn't disrupt our ezcema. This product has been a lovely change! It smells nice, hasn't effected our skin at all! Super happy with the product, packaging looks lovely. Would definitely look at purchasing again.

I found this to be somewhat effective. It's not good for those hard soiled stains, especially on socks, though. It has a pleasant scent but does not last long. No nasty chemicals are a plus and an eco-friendly bottle that's made of 75% recycled plastic, definitely good for the environment. It's a Great sized bottle that's easy to handle, and the cap is good to use to dispense the right amount. Would I use it again? Probably not, I do prefer to use powder instead and one that has a good, strong, fresh scent that will last longer than the wash cycle. Overall, it's not a bad detergent, though. I'll try again on towels and sheets and see if it'll hold the scent.

I feel as though I'm lessening my impact on the environment by using this. My daughter has sensitive skin and this has not flared up her issues. I will be seeking this out to replace my previous detergent.

It’s fragrance free & designed for sensitive skin, it’s environmentally thoughtful with a bottle made from 75% recycled plastic and a formula that is GECA certified, so you know that it meets high standards. I put it to the test on the boys fishings clothes and I have to say I’m very happy. Their clothes are clean & odour free so it actually works as well!

Really enjoyed using this as my daily laundry detergent. I find my skin can be quite sensitive to certain detergents and I sometimes break out in rashes or general itchiness however I am pleased to say I haven’t experienced any issues with this liquid from Earthwise. It’s incredible value for the huge size, the scent is clean but doesn’t linger or become over powering and the most important part is that it actually cleans well without any issues.
