Great fit, wide feet and no issues. Take the in narrowing in soles out, and narrow shoe for normal people, and becomes wide for my big feet.Then they are so comfortable, you can wear them out of the box. Wore them first time pacing the streets of NY and had no issues. Really good work shoes, as always, from ECCO.

Beautiful shoes

I have had these shoes for about a few months. I have tried them in shops but they didn't have my size in the black color. So bought them online and everything was smooth. Except these shoes are for a person with narrow feeds. It is ok for one hour to wear them after that become uncomfortable from squeezing my feeds.

Classic and modern!

Ecco makes a quality shoe and these are a perfect example. They are classic, with a modern look, that makes dress pants or nice jeans look totally put together! The sole is so cushioned that they can be worn all day, and the style is understated, yet eye catching. Bought in black and brown.

Ecco is still Ecco

I have noticed that the quality of several classic brands has diminished over the yeats. Ecco is not one of them. Instant comfort straight out of the box. And I've gotten tons of compliments as if they're more handsome than me...lol

Mr Ligicuan

Very comfortable, looks great on feet and consistent size fit - no need to try in to know the size fits, but not durable due to poor quality leather - after two years they develop deep creases an it cracks right thru on bends and at the base of sole. Store says warranty is only one year - for a $220 shoe it should last longer. Again good shoe for duration of less than 2 years.

My Favorite Shoes for Work

My bride purchased a pair of these for me at comfort one shoes. Love them and have had them for over 5 years. Looking for another pair, the Helsinki shoe never on sale then recently saw they were on sale and purchased both brown and black because I love them so much....just as I expected, great shoes!

Not for every day, long term

I am in funeral service, and I am always looking for the perfect shoe. Sometimes, I may put in up to 15,000 steps a day. The shoe fit nicely at first, but after a few months the padding flattened out. the good thing is the heel. the heel does hold up, and won't wear off at an angle. I have four pairs of shoes I rotate. I have two pair of Ecco. My search continues, but for the price of these shoes, I won't re-purchase.

Really bad customer service on return

I am a long time purchaser of Ecco shoes, approximately I’m the area of 3,000$ in the past few years; womens, gold and boots. I ordered this pair as. Gift and they did not fit properly. When I checked the return info, I realized that Ecco had not sent me a prepaid label for return. I returned the shoes today and it cost 37.09 to return by UPS ground and insurance. Needless to say since I am not considered a valuable participating customer, I probably will not be frequenting the ECCO brand in the future.

I used to own Helsinki 2 shoes in a past. They were one of utmost comfortable, versatile, right sized stylish shoes. After seven years of extensive wear the shoes because unusable.Your new Helsinki 2 shoe is not even remotely close to past model. They are flat, narrow, lack cushion very uncomfortable to wear and cause pain quickly. Returned and not recommended.Your shoes have very low quality and increased prices. This is making them unattractive and unmarketable. And after 20-25 years of being your customer perhaps now I have to look for good alternatives.

WRONG SIZES AVAILABLE

It appears that the size I need is a half size which are not available. Hence, the shoes available are either too small or too large. You just lost a LONG time customer. And the quality of the shoes have decreased in recent years particularly those made in Indonesia. In the past i would have rated my Ecco shoes as excellent. Not any more. Sad.
