ECCO sandals are the best ever. I've had many others and these outperform them by a ECCO mile. I've worn my ECCOs ( this is my second pair) on the busy streets of Mexico City, the warm sandy beaches of San Diego, hiking the mountain trails outside Salzburg, Austria and the Alps above Lake Zurich and Lake Geneva in Switzerland just last summer. They've been excellent dog-walking sandals for Hyde Park in London and doing part of the Capitol Ring trail round greater London and returning central on the tube. Superbly comfortable, amazingly adjustable in three ways and always easy even on these old well-walked feet. They are just what I wanted and will continue to use and travel with to warm climates.

I have just had knee surgery, and needed a better fitting shoe. I came into the store to get a proper fitting. the gentleman that helped was perfect. Measured my foot, explained that I needed to get walking, and he brought me back two different shores. I tried them both on and bought the both of them. The Ecco "Yucatan" sandal needed to be one size larger, so they ended up being mailed to me within the next week. It was all so easy, and comfortable. I always enjoy coming to Nordstrom's, It is always the staff, they just have a way of making you feel special. thank you for that.

I've been wearing these sandals for about 20 years. These are the 4th pair I've had I think. They are great for walking, hiking and wear around the office and house. They look great and feel great. I highly recommend them!

I tried on quite a few sandals before I settled on these. I have a long, narrow foot that is pretty flat. I like a good arch support. Since European sizes are available, I can get a closer fit than with US sandals which are never available in half sizes over 10 or so. These sandals fit well, have a good arch support, and good overall support so that my foot doesn't side around in them like other sandals I have. And, of course, being ECCO (and expensive) they are well constructed of good materials.Nordstrom shipping and returning was a pleasure.
My husband has feet problems, including high arches, and sometimes gets him foot pain after our 4-5 mile daily walk. Walking in sandals was more comfortable for him in warm weather, but he stopped when his Hi-Tec sandals wore out and his favorite model was discontinued. I tried the Ecco Yucatan sandals for myself, and found they have great support. We bought him 2 pairs. His feet are in much better shape after long walks. Would recommend them to anyone.

Tried on other brands (Keen, Teva) and found these to be the most comfortable and stable, and more true to size. One caveat is that it does not come in wide (tough to find in sandals - why?). My normal shoe size is 43 wide. My right foot is slightly larger/wider than left. Fit left perfectly, but right was slightly snug width wise. Since I plan to use these most of the time on the boat and beach/water, and not long hikes, I can live with that. If I wanted these for extended walks/hikes, I would search for sandals that came in wide (very limited). Yucatan materials may not dry as quickly as others, but is fine for me. Overall I am very pleased and would purchase again.
Top quality materials. Firm fitting and adjustable; can run in them if the urge overcomes you. The foot bed is quite supportive. I ordered blue. They are a fashionable sandal.

I have had the Men's Yucatan Sandal for about two weeks now and I like them more every day. They were comfortable from day 1, but it just occurred to me today that they even fit better now - probably breaking in some. The velcro straps are perfect and make for a quick adjustment when needed, and the soles are great at preventing slip. I have had Ecco shoes before and they always last, so I am expecting great things from these sandals.
