This shoe was not a good replacement for the white soft leather shoe with flat sole and heel that I bought a few years ago. It is too heavy and clunky gfor warm/hot summer weather. I returned it and there's nothing else suitable on your store supplies.

My third pair. second pair in the color blue! This blue color beautifully combines with denim jeans and so is a must in my closet! Please provide more variety of unique colors for the Soft 7 line-up, such as dark gray (enough of the black!), dark rust reddish-brown, a leopard print, etc.

The shoes I was sent are way too large. I think they must be mis-sized. I cannot see a size on the shoes themselves. I'll be returning them, unfortunately. I really need shoes like this!
I own many Eccos and Ecco Soft 7s and always wear same size. This new style fits a full size too big. A shame for me as I’m a 35 and there is no smaller size to take instead; will have to return.I like the shoe and the white/white combo as prefer no contrast color trim. Eccos in general are fantastic shoes.
I received a pair of 38s (my usual size in Ecco slip on), not only were they a half size to a full size too small, they came with scratches and other blemishes. I was told by customer service (Stephanie) that they would not offer an exchange and that I would have to order a new pair (which are more expensive now than when I originally purchased) and pay for shipping again. I would ALSO be responsible for return shipping as well for these defective shoes. I agree with others the quality is significantly worse than just a couple of years ago and not as comfortable. AVOID this shoe and maybe this company entirely!
These soft 7 slip-on is so comfy and the fit is perfect. Love everything about these shoes. I have 2 pairs in different colors. Thanks for offering the size 35. Ecco’s are my go to shoe for everyday wear. Hope to see more styles added.
Great quality shoes; will buy different colors in the future. Perfect for going through security at airport to slip on and off. I followed the directions on how to determine the shoe size by drawing my feet, measure the length of the foot and refer to the chart. They fit perfectly.
I ordered my usual size 9 M. These are too long and much too wide. I have ordered an 8.5M. I know the medium is more like a wide so I will fill it in with an insert . I have a pair of ECCO sandals. These I bought from a local store. I tried on the 9M and had to down size to 8.5 M which were a perfect fit. I would like to say ECCI runs large but that is not true. I also have twi pair of the slip ons with the woven chevron front and those are 9M and a bitsnug. They have taken some wearing in time to be comfortable. ECCO seems to be quite erratic in fit. Nothing fits true to size.

Because they are leather, they are year-round. Great support, hold up well. The wider toe box means no pinching if you walk in them a great deal. Perfect for travel
