The shopping experience was ok but I had to write about this. I did not intentionally select/authorise any authority to leave during the order process. If I did, it must’ve been selected by default which is understandable for a cheap item but not for a coffee machine. I came home to find my machine and grinder on my porch, during the Christmas period when so many items are being stolen from being left unattended. So just beware if you order anything expensive from this shop.

So far so good! Only just getting my barista on for the past two weeks with this purchase. I hope to follow up with a better review of the machine. Customer service from Artisi is top notch.
