Eco Style Argan Oil Styling Gel 473ml

This product smells good + has an amazing price for the amount of gel you get. It works well keeps the hair down. The biggest problem I have with this gel is after a few hours I get white flakes in the hair that’s a big no for me when it comes to a hair gel. A lot of people love this product and live by it so I would say give it a chance! Everyones hair is different but I will not be purchasing again.

Boy let me tell you it is life changer this has been forever my hair gel now I have never used gel in my hair bc I wasn't sure what kind I also have used it years when I was little which it can stick and make you're hair sticky and hard so I didnt want a gel that does that. But this Eco gel I just bought it at my local Walmart store online it was fast delivery, it was really cheap like under 5 bucks big tub and so I tried it soon as I got it. This gel is not sticky it literally just like there is nothing in you're hair its like you can't tell I have gel in my hair it smooth and smells amazing! I love it this is my forever gel now I highly recommend it. I washed my hair after a few days of using the gel its like i never used it it wasn't noticeable my hair was washed easy and smoother and i noticed i didnt loose lot of hair like I used to in the shower.

I use this gel everyday, I can’t live without it. I always buy a big container so that it lasts long which usually lasts me a minimum of 3 months for a great price too. What I like about it is the hold and the slickness it gives me. I like that it doesn’t dry out my hair like some other gels I’ve used abs still gives me the hold. What I dislike are the flakes but that comes with every gel. I would definitely recommend this gel.

ECO is the best styling gel on the market. It's light weight, odor free and doesn't clump. I have been natural for about eight years. I can always depend on ECO a quick curl. One of my favorite gels, amazing product for the price. Thick with a lot of hold. Works best when applied to wet hair, can be watered down a bit if needed. Curly girl method approved

AMAZING for Curl Refreshing

I have fine 2C/3A hair that's transitioning from 3 years worth of keratin treatments. I saw several YT videos praising this gel and decided to give it a try- so happy I did! I love my fancy $30 gels, but this has given me the best refresh results by far. It's inexpensive so be sure to use a moisturizing leave-in on wash day, but this refreshes curls perfectly when diluted with a little water. It smells great too- clean and light. Definitely worth a try at this price.

Amazing product IF used properly!

I have THICK 3B hair. This gel is great, but you have to use it properly (ideally before posting a review that this doesn’t work). After you shower and before towel drying, bend forward and have your hair fall forward. Hair should be detangled (ideally with your fingers while you were conditioning). Hair should still be pretty wet at this point. I first go in with some Shea moisture styling milk or smoothie to help with softness and frizz and conditioning. Then, I take half a lemon size amount of gel and work it in. My hair is armpit length, so adjust this as needed. I’m careful not to overwork it and frizz out my hair. Be gentle! Great tool for curly hair

other than the great price and light scent, this product helps me control frizz really well. I like to use about a tablespoon applied to damp hair, section it off and "finger twirl" each section. after that i add maybe a teaspoon to my palms and spray it with my leave in conditioner combo and scrunch my curls with it. for reference im a white lady with short naturally curly/wavy hair. when it dries i use a tshirt to scrunch my hair to break the "cast" left on by gel. theres no embarrassing flakes with this. also, your hair needs to be closer to wet than damp when applying this and I always air dry my curls. Ive never been great with a diffuser.

Great value for money, strong hold

Have been using this for several weeks now and have had lots of compliments on my curls. I was looking for an alternative to the Umberto Giannini curl jelly, which I love but seem to get through too quickly. So glad I tried this and don’t see myself using anything else now. It really helps to define my normally frizzy curls and gives lasting hold. Also great to refresh curls. Really great value for money and can see it lasting ages!! Don’t be put off - feels v thick and sticky at first, but feels really natural on your hair.

I have a 2b/2c all the way up to 3a and 3b curls (so a mixture naturally) and I find no matter if I use more of it or less, it leaves some sections stringy one moment then I end up somehow liking it more after a few days but after a few hours it looked like the definition had lost its hold on wash day? Go to any black owned beauty supply and they have this for a lot better value for money.Overall, this product is not terrible. It hasn't done my hair harm. The most disappointing thing to me about this was the hold. It is super thick yet I find I have to put quite a good amount of this on. It looked like it was going to come out amazing the second time I used this when wet but when it was diffused and dried and I scrunched out the cast it was defined, but not as good as I expected given all the effort I put into it. I did not settle for mediocre results. I also noticed that when I put my hair up the wispy hairs around my face were all sticking out. The loreal invishold normal strength gel gives me much more superior results and I haven't had any of these problems with that product. I therefore will not be purchasing this again as I don't feel it is for me. I will probably try using this for slicking my hair back to use it up before recycling/reusing this container.

The one!

I have thick hair that used to be waist length 3b curls which are now shoulder length, bleach damaged "limp noodles". I normally use Cantu curl jelly which can leave my hair quite crispy until day 2 and then starts to get real matted, real quick. The Eco gel in my opinion is way better. I use a leave in, then Shea moisture creme and then the eco gel (avoiding roots) and diffuse. I'm currently on day 6 with seriously slept on, rained for 3 days, I can't be bothered hair but it's not crispy, flaky or limp. It's actually kept some bounce. The amount of product for the price is unreal too!
