EcoFlow - Delta Pro Portable Power Station

Only 1 wk experience, but the unit is working fine. From a short (30min) test w/ 1.7 kW load, it has full rated capacity of 3.6 kWh. Didn't expect it makes a fair amt of noise from fan during ***.it's ok in garage, but can't be in bedrms. Flexible way to ***.can add solar panels easily. Biggest surprise in today's ***.no 800 number to call. You need to email support. Got a reply saying answer will be coming in a few DAYS. (I was unaware that my powerline was defective and tried to ask why it's not charging. After some tinkering, I found the problem and the unit charged ok.) Follow-up support has been prompt, so the lack of 800 number wasn't such a problem after all. These are great units for RV or emergency use. I have the Delta Pro with 2 expansion batteries. I plugged a 10000btu portable air conditioner into it, and had no issues. The AC pulled 1100W of continuous power without a hiccup. At that load, the Delta Pro reported 9.5 hours of capacity. Hooked to my RV with just the Delta Pro and no expansion, I was able to run all appliances (except the microwave) at full load for over 6 hours. That included the AC, TV, all the lights, and a coffee maker. The downside for RV use is the size. These are fairly large when space is an issue. They are heavy, at about 80lbs. There is an upper and lower temperature for using these, and they are not water resistant. Keeping them outside the RV is not recommended. When they couldn't resolve the issue, they sent a brand new unit. This company really seems to want to give you true value for your money. I am very happy with Ecoflow, and will continue to purchase their products.

I bought this because we had a power outage for 7 days during an ice storm. This Ecoflow is to power the fridge, freezer, microwave, PC etc. for the next blackout. The first one I received discharged 8% per day even when plugged into AC and in AC pass through mode. Maybe dropped in shipping, who knows. Ecoflow exchanged it and the new one discharges at 2% per day which it must because it is actually in standby mode, monitoring for power failure so it can transfer to generator mode in 30 millisec. Also Wifi, Blutooth etc. draw a bit of power. Not a problem, It will recharge while plugged in to AC depending on where you set the lower and upper levels. I looked at many of the standard models and chose the EcoFlwo Delta Pro because of it's high capacity, durability (6,500 cycles before it drops to 50% of full capacity), solar panel rechargability, and 2.5 hour quick charge capability. All I can say is the backup system is great. I have timed it and at full office load (2 hi-res monitors, printer, desk lamp) the battery lasts about 24 hours. The solar panels were easy to set up and have a long cable so I can put them out on the deck and put them in the best place for sun while the battery is in my office. What I didn't know when I bought it was that the system comes with a great phone app that lets you track exactly what is happening with the system at any given time no matter where you are. One weakness was the documentation - it could have been more extensive. But it was more than made up for by the amazing customer service. I wrote them several times with questions before, during and after purchase and always got intelligent, helpful, actionable responses back usually after a few hours, but always within a day. My experience with this product has been fabulous and I cannot say enough good things about it.

Ecoflow support have been incredibly helpful and kind, so if anything goes wrong I have trust that they would replace or help me fix the issue.

Beast of a solar generator

This thing is a beast! 3600 watts of output will run most anything in my use case. I bought this on kickstarter and it is awesome. I was planning on setting up my travel trailer with a Victron inverter and several batteries to run my TT but I found this instead. The added benefit is that now it is portable and I can use this outside of my TT. I will say this thing is heavy. There is a handy handle and wheel setup so it is easy to move around but if you have to pick it up off the ground it is likely gonna take two people. I have tested this on my TT and a few points to realize is to use propane where you can. The fridge and water heater will drop your ecoflow delta pro as quickly as running the AC. The ecoflow is powerful, it is heavy, and it is awesome. Also as a pre-emptive response to those who will point out that fuel generators are so much cheaper I have a gas generator and yes it is cheaper but when I am in state parks at night and you can't run generators during quiet hours my ecoflow delta pro will be quietly running my entire rig!

Great unit! Works Flawlessly

I bought these to use with our trailer. I ended up installing solar panels on our summer room gazebo and running the cables through the wall where the dish network comes in. I have 1 eco flow smart battery for a total of 7.2k Watt hrs. They are louder than expected but that's due to being indoors. I have run my entire living room and entertainment system as well as a small AC unit for free this last month. I get about 1100 watts and the ecoflow goes from about 30% to 40% to 100% by 1:30 pm. At this point the ecoflow is converting the 1100 watts of solar straight to the portable AC unit. By the time the sun goes down I still have plenty of power to running averything till midnight and still have 30% power or more. Love this thing! It’s amazing! Can power my entire office for almost 9 hours! Waiting for some of the accessories and such to come available… but you can completely discharge and recharge this thing, every day, for almost 10 years and only lose about 20% capacity… this is a lifetime battery!! That ten years is cycling everyday!! These new batteries are amazing! I don’t cycle mine daily, so this should last 20 years! These are the ONLY batteries anyone should get (at least as of today). Not the brand per say (although no reason not to go with them), the battery type (LFP)… love the handle and the app!! Plan on having this many years! Easy to move with handle and wheels!

They're pretty close to being the perfect power station on the market. Here are some highlights: The inverter is absolutely top notch. This thing will take your heavy loads from your home, RV, van or outdoor lifestyle and power them without breaking a sweat. The unit is rated for 3600W continuous but I've found that I can exceed that by a fair bit for a few minutes before it shuts down. You can pair two of them with their double voltage hub accessory and connect to your home transfer switch. Unlike some competitors - these are confirmed safety certified by a nationally recognized testing laboratory. This is an absolute game changer for home backup, RV or van life. Ecoflow has won so many awards and accolades for this unit. There are a few things that they could improve on, such as stability of the app. It's also pretty heavy but that's to be expected.

I have had a grid-tie solar system for 10 years. However, when there was a power outage, those solar panels were worthless. So I unboxed the Delta Pro close to my back door in the living room and ran a 30 foot solar cable out to 2 of my solar panels that I re-allocated from my solar panel farm to charge my Delta Pro. I then ran extension cables to all my electronics in my living room with the EcoFlow including 48" TV, Sound bar, Xfinity, Router, robot vacuum, gaming laptop, multiple USB devices, and lamps. I found that after 2 days, the battery was down to about 20% so, 2 panels were not keeping up. I reallocated 2 more panels and within a day, the battery is at 100% at 4PM now that the sun is starting to diminish.
