A comedy of errors
I’m honestly so sad about my purchase;- first and foremost, I am not “cool” in these sheets. I am waking up sweating, kicking the doona off, stripping down to my jocks. I’m in Canberra and the nights still get quite cool in October/November. Way too cool for the night sweats!- the colour of the doona cover is very different to the images online (Olive green).- the cover and sheets are so slippery! I’m constantly waking up in the night because my sheet or my doona cover has gone walk-about.- the fabric marks so easily! Don’t even think about putting hand cream on before bed. .- the fabric pulls so easily! No cats or pets anywhere near the bed and I noticed little pulls coming up on the sheets after the first week of use.- the fabric creases like crazy! My bed ... Bamboo Fitted Sheet and Pillowcase
Love the fabric, is comfortable and has a nice feel to it. I cannot comment on the fit as I'm using King Singles size on a Queen Single set of beds, and King Single is the closest fit I can find. Quality looks good in the first instance, however, I experienced a small issue with stitching coming undone in the elastic hemline area, in a set of sheets that I purchased in January this year. This first set has been used and washed as per instructions, and it's a bit disappointing that I have had mending to do at such an early stage in the life of the sheets. (I had not discovered this until I ordered the 2nd set, or I might've been put off ordering the product again, had I discovered the fault earlier). I think the pillow case flap could be a little bigger, I find that ... MoreLove the fabric, is comfortable and has a nice feel to it. Size of the pillow case itself is fine, but the flap seems to be a little short, otherwise all goo.... Show more

Bamboo quilt cover to go with my adorable ecosa silk quilts, sheets etc.
I have been an ecosa convert since the moment my dear friend gave me a set of ecosa bamboo silk sheets in 2018. I had never heard of them but wow, they changed my life in a totally good way. I'm big on physical comfort and that's been a bit of a challenge given I have sensitive skin and health challenges which meant I had trouble sleeping for years and years. Now I delight in the feel of my bamboo silk bedding and I sleep well with ecosa sheets, silk quilts and my exquisite, super luxurious fine mulberry silk pillowcase. Needless to say I have bought myself several sheet sets and other ecosa products. I like the linen bedding too but nothing for me beats the bamboo silk ... my linen cupboard is full of previously collected fine cotton sheets etc, now reserved for ... I like the linen bedding too but nothing for me beats the bamboo silk ... my linen cupboard is full of previously collected fine cotton sheets etc, now reserved for visitors, as I never sleep in anything but ecosa silk (I even take a set with me for overnight stays). So my latest purchase was a bamboo quilt cover for my ecosa silk quilt. The lightest one. My medium quilt is in a beautiful cover but I admit I'd been using my lightweight quilt without a cover for years ... it's so featherlight like a luscious cloud ... until I thought I really ought to use a cover. I don't remember ecosa selling quilt covers back when I started buying (though I may be wrong) but anyway, v pleased to get this silk bamboo one and yes of course I'm v happy with it too.... Be warned - returns are impossible
I am SOO disappointed! I have an ecosa bed and had a great experience with both your bed and customer service, so I thought I would try some of your bedding. Bad move. The duvet covers are a horrible texture - trying not to be judgemental here but they look as though an old lady from Days of Our Lives would choose them. Unfortunately the colour I chose didn't work in the room either, so it was a lose lose for me.But worse was to come... I emailed asking how to return the duvets (box opened to check colour and quality, but not used or washed. I was informed that it is not policy to take returns of these products for hygiene reasons. NOWHERE on the website page for the duvets does it state this. How totally unreasonable to expect someone to purchase a product like a ... MoreI am SOO disappointed! NOWHERE on the website page for the duvets does it state this. How totally unreasonable to expect someone to purchase a product like a duvet cover online, and NOT be able to take it out of its packaging to check it! Colours, at the least, are notoriously difficult to gauge accurately online, as I'm sure you will have personally experienced.I am very unhappy. I have since looked at other websites (your competitors) and see that ALL of them allow for unused/washed returns. If this information was clearly stated on your website I may have very well chosen to not purchase from you - the omission leads me to believe that Ecosa is knowingly hiding this information (deceiving customers in fact) and relying on the positive and well publicised returns policy of your mattresses.I had no satisfaction from your customer service team (polite but not helpful, as promised on the returns web page. What do you suggest I do next? Or possibly a better question might be, what are YOU going to do next? I am very interested to know. From a grumpy customer with a big mouth.... Show more

Great quality, average stock management
I bought the king sized bamboo quilt cover in lavender and the quality is amazing. It’s silky smooth and the colour is absolutely gorgeous! My only disappointment has been with how Ecosa sell their sets and separates. Unfortunately they do not do seem to sell the lavender colour in a king size quilt cover set and they are completely out of stock of in the lavender pillow cases (sold as separates) so the only way to get my hands on the matching pillow cases would be to purchase a whole sheet set in a smaller size which is unnecessarily expensive and wasteful. Unfortunately the ETA given for the separate pillow cases was 2-3 months away when I made my purchase, which seems like slightly poor planning.... Show more

In love with this bedding :)
I chose the bamboo bedding specifically for my partner who is a hot sleeper (and he loves anything bamboo). We are both obsessed with how soft and silky these sheets are and can't wait to go to bed!. The 'long side' tag is a bonus and makes making the bed a breeze. My partner prefers sleeping with the aircon and fan on, which makes me too cold and I also suffer from allergies. With these sheets, he has managed only with the fan on as they are a lot cooler than our previous cotton sheets, which is a win!. I have also noticed a difference in my allergies (less morning sneeze battles). We will definitely be buying some other colours in the future and perhaps the matching cooling bamboo quilt for added comfort. Well done Ecosa!... Show more

Pillow case is too big for the Ecosa pillow
I owned the previous set of Ecosa sheets for 2019 and loved them. I do not love this new version because THE ECOSA PILLOW CASE DOESNT FIT THE ECOSA PILLOW!I am constantly having to fix my pillow case do to the new pillow case being 10cm longer than the old one. When I reached out to support about this they were very dismissive. The previous version fits perfectly. My pictures show the pillow vs the old pillow case vs the new pillow case.Other thoughts:-More silky than the previous version (not my cup of tea).-Fitted sheet elastic looks great as that's what failed on my previous set.-The flat sheets is missing the top fold to designate which way is up, there are tags attached that show you however.... So far, my favourite sheets!
These feel like buttery silk to the touch. They are HUGE when you first open them - I panicked & read lots of reviews which scared me. I needn’t have been concerned Washed them in cold water then in the dryer on cool setting. They shrunk to the perfect size. These sheets sit tight & don’t bunch up. It’s divine sliding into bed at night, they are so silky soft. We’re in winter now & yes, they are cold at first, colder than cotton or synthetic but they warm up really well for a super comfy sleep & in summer, these will be bliss. They’ve washed well & so far, I love them. A few more months, more washes & if they are still as gorgeous, buttery soft & with no pilling, I’ll be stocking up on more!... Show more

Used to be great, recent purchases poor quality
I used to be a loyal customer at Ecosa, they were my favorite sheets, so silky and soft. But unfortunately, the most recent set I purchased began fraying on the edges within only two washes. Both my mother and mother-in-law also purchased sheets recently and have had holes and fraying in the sheets within the first couple of months. Because I have multiple sets of sheets I don’t wash them very often so it took more than the 40 day guarantee for these issues to show up, so Ecosa won’t do anything about it. I think they must have changed factories or suppliers because sheets I purchased several years ago are in better condition than ones I purchased in January of this year. I have since moved to a different Australian bamboo sheet brand.... Show more

You don’t get what you pay for
I ordered a queen set of sheets because I’ve had them on my king size bed and they are lovely. I had guests coming and I wanted them to enjoy them too.The sheets arrived in a timely manner but when I went to put the fitted sheet on there was a rip in the stitching in one of the corners. The quality of the stitching was not what I expected for such an expensive item it was just overlocked rather than being a French seamed. So I rang and reported the problem. The call was taken by Tonny who was very sympathetic and professional to my problem, he asked me to photograph the damage and also provided the batch number, which I did. He told me he would deal with it with the next department and I would know within 24 hours if the sheet would be replaced. Within the 24 hours ... He told me he would deal with it with the next department and I would know within 24 hours if the sheet would be replaced. Within the 24 hours I received an email saying I would get a replacement. I had asked Tonny if I’d have to send the original one back and he said no, so I repaired it and proceeded to make up the bed. When I went to put the top sheet on there was no top end just labels saying long side! Now I had a large table cloth. I was back on the phone to Tonny complaining for the second time that day. He told me that the sheet had been redesigned after customer feed back!!!! I called BS on that. I got out my sewing machine and put my own turn down hem onto the top sheet.Oh and when the replacement sheet came it had French seams, so was I sold a substandard product in the first place? They’ve asked me for this review and said they would send me a $20 voucher and an extra $5 if I shared it. Sorry I don’t want your vouchers I won’t be buying your product again... Show more
