4 year old has fancy taste!
My 4 year old has been coming to our bed every night as he claims to live our ecosa bamboo sheets. He said he would stay in his bed if he had namboo sheets himself. Seriously kid???Bit the bullet and bought some for him as we.are.tired! Hasn't been back to our bed and only wants his bamboo sheets. He doesn't want me to change his sheets to good old ones so I have to wash, dry and out his bamboo sheets back on his bed. I'm going to need new sheets! I hadn't been able to use them until I bought him a set and now I can enjoy mine again. Ridiculously comfy and so so soft. This review may sound silly buying these for a 4 year old but honest game changer. We can all sleep better now. Thanks legends!... Show more

Bamboo sheets and quilt sets
I purchased bamboo sheets set as well as quilt set. I had stayed at a luxurious Airbnb with beautiful bedding, curious to see the brand , I found the label to be Ecosa. I had previously bought silk pillow cases from Ecosa but hadn’t thought to buy new sheets too.I wanted to replicate the comfort I had on holidays so as soon as I returned home, jumped online. My order arrived in a timely manner So happy with my new bedding, I have never had such a comfortable sleep, I wish I purchased and spoilt myself with such luxury years ago. Currently in winter with colder than usual nights the sheets are cool when first get in, but within less than a minute perfect temperature not hot or cold... Show more

Be warned - returns are impossible
I am SOO disappointed! I have an ecosa bed and had a great experience with both your bed and customer service, so I thought I would try some of your bedding. Bad move. The duvet covers are a horrible texture - trying not to be judgemental here but they look as though an old lady from Days of Our Lives would choose them. Unfortunately the colour I chose didn't work in the room either, so it was a lose lose for me.But worse was to come... I emailed asking how to return the duvets (box opened to check colour and quality, but not used or washed. I was informed that it is not policy to take returns of these products for hygiene reasons. NOWHERE on the website page for the duvets does it state this. How totally unreasonable to expect someone to purchase a product like a ... MoreI am SOO disappointed! NOWHERE on the website page for the duvets does it state this. How totally unreasonable to expect someone to purchase a product like a duvet cover online, and NOT be able to take it out of its packaging to check it! Colours, at the least, are notoriously difficult to gauge accurately online, as I'm sure you will have personally experienced.I am very unhappy. I have since looked at other websites (your competitors) and see that ALL of them allow for unused/washed returns. If this information was clearly stated on your website I may have very well chosen to not purchase from you - the omission leads me to believe that Ecosa is knowingly hiding this information (deceiving customers in fact) and relying on the positive and well publicised returns policy of your mattresses.I had no satisfaction from your customer service team (polite but not helpful, as promised on the returns web page. What do you suggest I do next? Or possibly a better question might be, what are YOU going to do next? I am very interested to know. From a grumpy customer with a big mouth.... Show more

Great quality, average stock management
I bought the king sized bamboo quilt cover in lavender and the quality is amazing. It’s silky smooth and the colour is absolutely gorgeous! My only disappointment has been with how Ecosa sell their sets and separates. Unfortunately they do not do seem to sell the lavender colour in a king size quilt cover set and they are completely out of stock of in the lavender pillow cases (sold as separates) so the only way to get my hands on the matching pillow cases would be to purchase a whole sheet set in a smaller size which is unnecessarily expensive and wasteful. Unfortunately the ETA given for the separate pillow cases was 2-3 months away when I made my purchase, which seems like slightly poor planning.... Show more

I do need to warn people utmost care must be taken washing these sheets.
I do need to warn people utmost care must be taken as the first time washed & hung out a strong wind came up and somehow either on the line or when moved onto a clothes horse it got snagged and without even having it on my bed so I started life with this sheet with a tear hole. Very hard to mend so I have not rewashed it as decided after sewing it as best I could that I would find an iron-on patch first to prevent the hole from growing. Have not had time to do this yet as illness in the family so I can only say I've used it on my bed with the hole but due for a wash I want to patch it first. I did see it has thinned up a bit even after one gentle was so I recommend very gentle even one rinse wash is what I will be doing and drying carefully and safely on the clothes ... I think if there is any weight in it with water then it will pull the fabric and stretch it where it will get thinner. That's my opinion lovely soft and fresh on your skin so if you take really good care you should get a reasonable life from it. If you just chuck it in the machine and blast it on anything but a gentle cycle well I suspect it will wear it out quickly. Thats just my suspicion & not fact only an honest opinion.... Show more

Oil stains ands pills
Ok, I actually was really happy with these sheets at first. They are so cool to the touch, seriously unlike any other sheets I’ve ever had. The color was also rich and beautiful. Unfortunately, after a SINGLE night of use there were dark oil stains on the sheets and pillow cases. This has never happen with any other sheets before. And after about a months worth of use, there are snags and pills on the sheets. Such a shame because the texture was truly luxurious at first. But the quality is just lacking.... Show more

Slippy but soft
This bedding is soft and comfortable, cool to the touch and an improvement on my cotton-bamboo blend bedding. I like the addition of the snaps for the duvet inner, but I would like more of them. It's too slippy with the duvet and I have to unbunch the duvet from one side every day. Extra sheets or blankets also simply slide off.I have sensitive skin and my face loves this material for the pillowcase, even more than the silk pillowcase I also purchased from Ecosa, which has not washed well despite following instructions and now irritates my skin (I don't recommend).Overall, for the price I paid on sale, I'm satisfied with this product.... So far, my favourite sheets!
These feel like buttery silk to the touch. They are HUGE when you first open them - I panicked & read lots of reviews which scared me. I needn’t have been concerned Washed them in cold water then in the dryer on cool setting. They shrunk to the perfect size. These sheets sit tight & don’t bunch up. It’s divine sliding into bed at night, they are so silky soft. We’re in winter now & yes, they are cold at first, colder than cotton or synthetic but they warm up really well for a super comfy sleep & in summer, these will be bliss. They’ve washed well & so far, I love them. A few more months, more washes & if they are still as gorgeous, buttery soft & with no pilling, I’ll be stocking up on more!... Show more

Very soft even after multiple washes
Super soft and silky. I had a bamboo fitted sheet from another brand which I loved but they discontinued that line and I had been looking ever since for something with the same smoothness/softness/silkiness and this is the first sheet I've found since then that does. Also, I love the colour (I got the pink and it's very much the same as the photo) and the elastic itself is thick and tight which is great for staying in place. The fact that it is ethically sourced bamboo is another huge bonus- soft and guilt-free sheets is always a win.The only thing I'd caution future buyers about or give feedback to Ecosa about is that the sheet itself is clearly made for a very deep mattress or one with a decent topper (I assume to fit their own mattresses with toppers) which ... You don’t get what you pay for
I ordered a queen set of sheets because I’ve had them on my king size bed and they are lovely. I had guests coming and I wanted them to enjoy them too.The sheets arrived in a timely manner but when I went to put the fitted sheet on there was a rip in the stitching in one of the corners. The quality of the stitching was not what I expected for such an expensive item it was just overlocked rather than being a French seamed. So I rang and reported the problem. The call was taken by Tonny who was very sympathetic and professional to my problem, he asked me to photograph the damage and also provided the batch number, which I did. He told me he would deal with it with the next department and I would know within 24 hours if the sheet would be replaced. Within the 24 hours ... I had asked Tonny if I’d have to send the original one back and he said no, so I repaired it and proceeded to make up the bed. When I went to put the top sheet on there was no top end just labels saying long side! Now I had a large table cloth. I was back on the phone to Tonny complaining for the second time that day. He told me that the sheet had been redesigned after customer feed back!!!! I called BS on that. I got out my sewing machine and put my own turn down hem onto the top sheet.Oh and when the replacement sheet came it had French seams, so was I sold a substandard product in the first place? They’ve asked me for this review and said they would send me a $20 voucher and an extra $5 if I shared it. Sorry I don’t want your vouchers I won’t be buying your product again... Show more
