We purchased two Ecosa pillows after my son also purchased and recommended to us. We have previously enjoyed ( very expensive) memory foam pillows, but they are very dense, heavy and not shaped like these lovely Ecosa pillows. To say we are thrilled would be an understatement! From the first night, we have enjoyed the comfort and support in all the right places. We are side and back sleepers, and I have joint issues, so really appreciate the right pillow- this is it! If you are contemplating a purchase, do it now! I hope you will be as thrilled as we are.

Purchusing an Ecosa pillow has kind of changed my life. I had been waking up with a stiff neck for nearly a year, which also gave me a headache most days. At the point where I could not turn my head when driving, I decided to change pillows again and found Ecosa. I did not feel an immediate change, but I was persistent to keep trying. Now I'm so pleased that my neck is nearly founctioning as normal after 1.5 months. Although I had a very tight budget, it was so worth spending money on. I am very satisfied. It is very supportive. Say goodbye to backaches. It is suitable for those who like to sleep on hard beds or have bad backs. Good news for those with low back pain!In addition, the anti-mite and waterproof design is especially suitable for families with pets. The waterproof bed cover on the outer layer of the mattress can also be removed for cleaning, which is very convenient!
Love this pillow, it's very comfortable. It has been wonderful to use, and I love that height is adjustable. Although when fully stacked like my husband prefers, the pillowcase is at it's limit looking strained so if you like a taller pillow, a bigger pillowcase could be a good idea.The only small issue we found is that it took longer than expected to fully air out. All memory foam pillows need airing, which we knew but I think it took 10 days to not notice the memory foam smell. Bit longer than past pillows took.
HiAfter months of nightly headaches and trying the many different pillows we own as well as trying to construct my own supportive pillow, I located Ecosa online.Although I am unfamiliar with shopping on line ,the pillow was promptly delivered.Since then I am no longer bothered by headaches .I quickly found that I needed the larger roll under my neck and used the pillow without the optional foam when sleeping on my mattress. I do however take the pillow and the extra pieces with the with me when I go away as I found the motels can have very firm beds and the extra elevation is helpful.I can recommend an Ecosa Pillow.Colleen
I have tried several styles of pillows for my neck injury that will never get better and caused me much pain throughout the night. I could not lay on my left side as the pain would shoot up into my scalp.I was tempted to try the Ecosa when I saw I had a 100 days trial and could return it for a refund. Also the sale price was another reason.I am happy to say from the first nights sleep the pain is no longer waking me. Even during the day I can now truthfully say that I forget I have an injury. Of course it is still there and I have to watch for certain movements during the day. Was unable to find exact replacement so after a bit of research decided to give the Ecosa pillow a go because of the adjustable height feature. Ecosa was a lot softer than previous pillow and did not offer a lot of structure or height even with extra padding. Perservered with the Ecosa pillow despite this to give my body a chance to adjust to new pillow. Even after a month, was still not impressed but tolerated pillow as I could not be bothered trying to process return. Have only owned for about 4-5 months now and now the memory foam has failed in the last month where it does not bounce back after use or offer any support. Neck was stiff but now in worse pain than before. Tried adding the thin grey pads, removing one, then both, and switching contour edges/sides. Nothing worked and my neck discomfort and pain became notably worse. Gave it a good shot as I was sold on the marketing and I like the concept of the free trial since quality sleep is so important. Unfortunately returning it. Going back to my memory foam and may look for another pillow. Thank you Ecosa for the 100day free trial.
To say we love our pillows is an understatement! My husband and I struggled for years to replace our beloved memory foam pillows, and because we had different pillow needs it made it even harder to find the right ones. After purchasing 5 different (and not cheap) pillows we just about gave up. I then saw the ecosa pillow advertisement which was for a memory foam height adjustable pillow and we could trial it and return it we weren’t happy! We had to try one last time…. Needless to say we didn’t need to return them, and haven’t looked back since! Thank you Ecosa, we love them.
