Blue Diamond Ceramic Nonstick Fry Pan/Skillet, 8 inch Frypan

The problem w/ pans this size, is that the handle out-weighs the pan itself and doesn't make complete contact w/ an electric burner. I had an IMUSA of the same size. So frustrating trying to heat the pan before adding food. Went out to look for a heavier pan and between this one and the Ninja Foodi, I decided to give this one a shot...since it was nearly half the cost.This pan does not disappoint. It's heavy enough to lay flat on the electric burner and push down the high temp sensors in the middle. I really like it. 5 stars.Man...I really want to try that Ninja Foodi...hahaha

A Truly Perfect Fry Pan

This Blue Diamond Ceramic Non-Stick Fry Pan is simply awesome. I just love the deep blue color, so easy to detect when grabbing a fry pan. Trust me this is the first one I go for, as I said this one is awesome. Everything I tried cooking in this pan came out perfect. It cooks so evenly, no hot spots or any uneven cooking in this pan. You don’t have to move your food over from side to middle of pan to cook evenly. I always used wooden utensils but I grab a metal one and it didn’t scratch the pan. I was never able to use metal utensil in a nonstick fry pan with scratching it up and destroying it. This is very durable; it withstands a lot of abuse. Best frying pan

This non-stick pan is used every day and is the best I've seen. I purchased several non-stick pans in the past. Some had teflon, ceramic or copper. Issues I had with these were - handle came off a couple because it melted - teflon came loose and flaked off or got etched from cooking food that stuck to the pan - inexpensive ceramic got etched and became like glue. Everything would stick, probably even water. - a copper pan was ruined after cooking food with high fat - another copper pan was ruined after left unattended on a medium heat after 20 minutes I avoid cooking high fat foods (hot dogs/hamburger) in this Green Life Diamond Collection pan because of the the history with other pans getting ruined, but the quality of this pan surprises me. The handle is still solidly attached. I've left the pan unattended on a medium heat for 50 minutes and hasn't affected the finish or non-stick properties. The finish is still shiny so the name "Diamond" is fitting. Even the bottom of the pan has not darkened over time like all of my pots and pans with this gas stove. Although the finish on the bottom edge of the pan shows some but not much wear. Lack of wear might be because the finish is also on the sides and bottom of the pan. The rubber coating on the handle is comfortable. I cook with a minimum amount of butter or oil and eggs still don't stick. The eggs cooked over easy won't slide off of the pan unless loosened with a spatula first. I have better luck with scrambled eggs when not scrambled in the pan and to leave the egg undisturbed for a short period. I like my scrambled eggs slightly wet but they tend to stick a little if I keep stirring them with the egg turner. Clean-up is easy. Never use a scouring pad to clean. A sponge is all that I ever use.

Great pan

Great pan. Purchased in March of 2023 and I use to daily to fry eggs in a little olive oil or avocado oil. Nothing sticks on it and it is one of the best non stick pans. Just read the instructions. Use low to medium heat, do not use aerosol oils as they cannot withstand high heat. I hand wash it as it is so easy to clean with a little bit of Dawn and a non-abrasive sponge and dry it with a paper towel. Those who say they are going to throw it in the trash, I guess you have not read the instructions and the fact that it has 90 money back guarantee and a Lifetime Warranty.

It's Perfect! Buy it!!

Seriously a great little pan for an excellent price! This pan is used three times a day for over a year now. It is still acting like new. Food so easily slips out. Frying 2-3 eggs in this is a DREAM - even without butter or olive oil. I can also put cheese on something and shove it in the oven at 450 and it STILL slides out! I love this pan so much it will be this years generic Christmas present to family. This pan is worth every penny!

Quality product

Great price. Reason for purchase: I like eggs, bought it to cook eggs. I had been using a thrifted non stick sauce pan to cook eggs but some foodstuffs got burned and ruined the bottom. Then I was using a cast iron skillet but I’m not too good with that and the house always gets smokey so my partner said the skillet is off limits. Got this one because of the price, was skeptical about quality. Very easy to cook eggs now.

The Pan is Almost too Beautiful to cook with!

While it was almost too pretty to cook on, I also wanted to see how this non-stick pan stood up against other pans. The future of no-stick bakeware

I am very impressed with the Blue Diamond Muffin Pan. I love that I do not have to use cooking spray, oils, butter or paper liners in order to get true non stick results. I just pour the batter directly into the muffin cups and bake. There is no sticking to the pan whatsoever. The raised diamond textured bottoms work their magic everytime. I've baked muffins, cupcakes and even brownies and none of them have stuck to the sides or bottom of the muffin pan. They all came out uniform in color and beautifully golden. I noticed that they all were baked to perfection with the minimal required baking time as well. I absolutely love this muffin pan. It bakes your muffins and cupcakes quickly and uniformly. Toxin-Free & Functional but Gimmicky

First and foremost, it is VERY important for me to use cookware that is toxin-free for my family. It would be a complete deal-breaker if it was made otherwise. I have yet to find a "dishwasher safe" pan that doesn't get it's finish ruined by the dishwasher. I haven't had the guts yet to put the pan in the dishwasher but I like that I have the option to do so in the future. I will say that the pan did heat much more evenly than my existing set. I was excited to try this pan right away (with it's touted nonstick coating) by cooking eggs without any pan spray (I want to get away from the propellants) but unfortunately the eggs still stuck to the pan. While I would say it only stuck half as bad as my existing frypan. So you will still have to use pan spray. Lastly, it's probably just me, you know you can't teach an old dog new tricks, but I found the sparkly blue pan visually appealing when food wasn't involved with it. While I was cooking food in the blue pan it made the food look really unappetizing. Maybe it will just take some time to get used to it. Or maybe it's a good thing that I won't want to eat the food for my waistline. But I hate to put forth that much effort to cook the food without actually wanting to eat it. With that said, although the pan is toxin-free and functional, I won't be looking to buy more pieces of this set right now due to the gimmicky blue color.

Very, very non-stick

Very very non-stick. Slippery, like ice.Light-weight pan yet, unlike my old pan, the handle doesn't cause the pan to tilt partly off the burners if there's not enough food in it.Seem like the coating is quite thin, though, because where I tap a spoon on the edge it has been chipping tiny bits off, but I suppose I shouldn't be tapping a spoon on it, anyway.All-in-all, it's perfect so far.
