I am so picky with bedding. I am one of the few people (along with my boyfriend) with the unpopular opinion of not liking linen. Percale/crisp cottons are what I go for, but for some reason most of the big brands have not figured it out with colors and patterns. But what really got me was the ultra deep FITTED SHEET! I had recently bought a sheet set from a popular designer and they popped off the corners every night. It was nearly insanity inducing. Loved the attention to detail when I opened the box and the handwritten note was such an appreciated touch!! The sheets are amazing. The reason that I chose Sheet Society over the other brands I was looking at, at the time, was the thick band around the edges of the fitted sheets. Making a king size bed that is up against a wall is almost impossible, but the extra deep sheets and thick band make it a million times easier - and my boyfriend can no longer say he can't make the bed haha! The flannelette pillowcases are so soft and thick, I will certainly be purchasing sheets in this fabric now that we're coming into winter. And the linen + cotton sheets & pillowcases are lovely.

I did a fair bit of research on this and in the end I’m really glad I took a chance with sheet society. Everything about my order was just right, with no unpleasant surprises. Shipping was as fast as you would expect, arrived when they said it would come and communication around purchase and delivery was very good.The product itself (Eden cotton super king fitted sheet) is outstanding. Fabric is uniform in colour and finish, product is well made with perfect dimensions and generous all the way round soft elastic casing. Very very comfortable to sleep on, soft and smooth and cooling.Considering the price I feel this product is excellent value for money. I’ve ordered some more sheets and pillowcases now that I trust this company to deliver good products.

I really struggled whether to leave this review, especially because it seems like only positive reviews make it onto this page.However, given the price I paid for the sheet sets, I felt it was important to try and give my honest opinion.Plainly put, this bedding is not good.I got two different sets and they are shockingly uncomfortable to sleep in.I got them as they were supposedly 100% cotton, however given that my partner wakes up drenched (quite literally, he soaks the sheets, underlay and mattress) I am now inclined to not believe that the material is what it says on the label.At first I thought it was out quilt. We bought a new one, still horribly uncomfortable to sleep in, feels like you are suffocating. Happy with the Leo Stonewash Sheets, they've only had two washes so far though.Some additional suggestions I have to enhance an already great product would be top/bottom/side/side tags on the inside of all edges to make the job faster (probably the tags different sizes - one size for sides and one size for top and bottom) which will also assist in faster bed making for those without the best sight. The fabric is thick, with slightly coarse threads. It isn't transparent as cheap sheets.The thick coarse weave feels a bit scratchy, but as a pleasantly grounding scratchy. Which will get softer over time.As it gets softer, the sheets are loosing material by shedding.The elastic is good quality, my fitted sheet stays mostly in place in my double bed after a night sleep.I would had preferred if it had a more delicate weave, as sateen and a higher thread count, as cotton sheets are usually weaved.

The larger fitted sheet is excellent! I am impressed by the large range of colours and fabrics. The pillowcases with the larger inside pockets fit my pillows much better than previous pillow cases. At last I have found a company which sells sheets individually, rather than sheet sets. It is always a pleasure to consult the magnificent Sheet Society’s website. I do this because even though a person has a queen sized duvet, or king or what ever it does not mean that it is the same size as every other duvet of a given name size. They are not. I also like mine made a particular way with a closure of my design. In order to do this I buy king sized flat sheets, cut them to the right size for my duvet and make them. I did this with the lovely linen sheets. I bought them in 2 colors and made two covers. I then purchased the cotton one in the same color to make fitted sheets and pillow cases as I don’t like sleeping ON linen, just under it. The top and bottom hems are almost perfect. The side hems are waaaaaay off. I know this because in order to recut them to make a duvet cover or sheet or pillow case I do what’s called pull a thread. That insures that you are cutting right on the weave. If you are one of 99% of the people who may be reading this (if it gets posted) you won’t care, nor should you. If you are another person such as myself buying these to make something be aware that they are not cut straight.I would love to just purchase the fabric. The linen is so soft and cuddlesome. Until then I will have to buy sheets and recut them to make my own duvet covers and fitted sheets.Bottom line is I would and will buy these again and would recommend them to my friends who don’t sew.
