I was advised to get honey as it has proven health benefits and Manuka was recommended. I wanted to use this to help prior to and after surgery. It's a bit early to tell whether it has been beneficial health wise. All I know is that it has become part of my everyday go to. It is absolutely delicious!!! Only time will tell but it has to be the best buy I've made in a long time.

While visiting New Plymouth in New Zealand I climbed half way up Mt. Egmont but was driven back by a storm hence a life long connection with this honey!

Excellent quality and taste. Been taking to boost my immunity so bought 2 jars and had spoonful a day. Can't say it's this for sure but I'm feeling good up to now and have more energy than I have done recently. Will be purchasing more and would recommend.
My favourite honey!! It tastes amazing and you only need a little bit to sweeten anything you want. It really tastes pure. I have tried all the other Manuka honey from other brands from holland and Barrett and this is one is definitely the best.

No idea if the honey is any good as I bought this as a gift for someone and haven't given it to them yet. The reason for the 3* is the plastic container. It looks very cheap and I usually try to avoid plastic containers as a rule. I was surprised by this given the price point. If I had been in the shop this would have put me off purchasing. Perhaps all the other options are plastic containers too but I would much prefer a glass container.
I can’t get enough of this honey I love the thick consistency. I use it for everything including on my toast with cream cheese in my coffee and everything else that I would normally use sugar. Holland and Barrett has the best price on manuka honey
