I have a large lawn, so it takes about 2.5 miles to mow. So I get plenty of "steps" in for exercise. If I don't use the propellers feature, I can get though it with one battery charge. If I use the self-propelled feature, a short recharge takes me through about the last 1/4 of my lawn. Oh - and starting it is sooo easy. I usually mow late in the evening - 7ish, and it is so quiet, my neighbors are not bothered by a loud gas powered lawnmower. I would never go back to a gas mower. GO-GO EGO!

Bought it after I lost the original one after having it sharpened at Ace at the end of the previous season and then misplacing it. Just happy to know my local Ace had it in stock!
I really like the mower but leaves very noticeable wheel tracks on lawn. Can anyone explain or suggest a solution?
Easy to install. However, this single blade came in a box that was many times the necessary size. This is wasteful and unnecessary.
Most locations near me in Kansas City area have on-hand count issues. I have traveled to 4 locations that show on-hands, but failed to produce this item. One associate heard my conversation about the on-hand discrepancies I was having with another associate, the associate listening intervened and challenged the on-hands, looked in the backroom, and told me that item wasn't accounted for in the backroom inventory. I hope this hasn't been the problem with the rest of these locations I traveled to. At the end of it all, I got the blade I needed, but this makes me question if I should take my business elsewhere.I have had many great experiences with Ace, but this one needed to be documented.Thank you
Easy installation and it's a combination cutting + mulching blade. Installing this fresh blade provided an immediate improvement for my mower, with more finely cut grass and a substantial increase in mower run time. It's definitely the kind of maintenance that is easy to overlook and one doesn't realize how much difference a sharp blade makes until they install it.
I wanted to try an cordless push-mower out no muss no fuss so far.I like the fact one battery will run most every thing ego makes.self .propelled feature is something I was wondering about will be fast enough and simple to operate. Yes on both question .I have options to mulch,cut , and bag the clippings.I rated it five stars no gas is needed to mow a small spot without going to gas station. I highly recommend this product.
I love my ego, in general. This blade is a sore spot, tho. I know that they have a dual blade system in the most recent iteration of the mower. I bought a high lift blade but it does use more battery and even made mine cut out a few times due to overheating/excessive power draw. The original blade got bent and chipped easily. The blade is much lighter than your average gas mower blade. I get why (power savings) but the cost is durability. The blade needs sharpened frequently due to the softness of the metal. Clearing your property of any rock and other debris that might be struck by the blade is also a good idea. I wish the dual blade could be retrofitted to the previous model.
