Ego QV Face Gentle Foaming Cleanser 150ml

I wanted to try this QV Face Gentle Foaming Cleanser because it is free from soap, fragrance, lanolin and common irritants, and is suitable for dry and sensitive skin types like mine. I really like it. You only need a small amount and it foams up really well. Doesn't much much of a smell to it and doesn't sting or irritate my skin. It cleans makeup off my skin too which is what I love when I cleanse my face. I don't find that this cleanser strips my skin of natural oils either. Love it! I would recommend.

This cleanser really did as its name promised - cleansed my face really gently. It comes in a pump bottle, so it is hygienic and easy to use. One pump full gave me exactly enough to cover my whole face. The light foaming formulation makes it fun to use. I used it twice a day and really recommend it to people who have sensitive skin. It effectively removed make-up and moisturised my skin. I loved the fact that it is fragrance-and soap-free and it really didn't dry my skin. Funnily enough, I actually wanted it to be a bit harder on my skin, as after cleaning my skin, it did seem clean but I always had to use another product too because my skin did not feel clean enough.

The QV face wash is perfect for all skin types but especially those who have sensitive skin as the product is so gentle and non irritating. I like to use it this on the days I'm wearing makeup as well as the days when I'm not. It does a decent job of removing makeup although I wouldn't say it's the best for it. Nevertheless, I love how it leaves my skin feeling clean but still hydrated at the same time. I love that it's foaming too so it won't slip out of your hands and there isn't wastage as a lot of times I find that liquid face wash will fall into the sink. You can use it everyday and you won't have any issues. It's one of those products that you can always come back to.

This product was lying on my bath shelf for a long time and I had not used it knowing it is a foaming cleanser and as I have dry skin it might further dry out my skin & irritate it. I continued using it the same way for few more days but I didn't like the feel of it. So I thought this cleanser was not for me though I wanted it to work as it was quite gentle on my skinHowever, before giving up on this product I thought of using it with a facial cleansing brush to see if it makes any difference and boy, what I noticed is, it not only foams up easily but also helps the product to work better which in turn gives a deep clean without drying out the skin or making it feel tight. So now I happily enjoy this cleanser with my facial cleansing brush. As this is quite a gentle cleanser, for someone who uses lot of makeup this product is only suitable for double cleansing.

This cleanser is lasting a really long time and is great value. It's really gentle on my skin and when compared with the QV Gentle Face cleanser which is a lotion, I find this comes second to the lotion. This foams really well and lathers up giving good coverage. My skin feels clean afterwards with a tiny hint of dryness compared to the lotion. The pump action was working well but after a few months of use, seems to have malfunctioned slightly and is hard to push down with only a tiny amount coming out. It ticks a lot of boxes though and it's a great cleanser.

I love QV for daily use to help manage my rosacea. I like the gentle bubbles on my face. I do need to use a make up remover before if I wear make up. I like to use it with QVs exfoliating scrub and their moisturiser or cetaphils. I don’t think I would use it as a stand alone without the other products. It also has brought some of my redness down but there is still some pimples that remain. I will continue to look for products that I feel manage more of the symptoms, but QV is a staple I can always confidently come back to when another product has upset my skin. It is fragrance free, cruelty free and Australian.

AMAZING

As a tween I have been continuously searching for a cleanser that suits my skin needs. My skin is normal/dry depending on the season so this is absolutely perfect! I have been using it for 3 weeks now and it is the only product by far that hasn’t broken me out in pimples or even redness. It’s a gentle, light weight cleanser that is what it’s worth. It has improved my skin significantly, quite frankly this is the only skincare brand I trust for my skin. LOVE ❤️ (I recommend to tweens/teens but also older age groups if your looking for something)

Gentle, self-foaming and doesn't strip

The formula contains three gentle surfactants (Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Sodium Lauryl Glucosides Hydroxypropyl Sulfonate, Decyl Glucoside), and also has glycerin, safflower seed oil and Vit E for hydration and nourishment. It is unscented.For reference, I have combination skin with a slightly oily t-zone and normal to dry cheeks and jaw line. I wear sunscreen everyday and mostly light make-up. This cleanser has a very fine lather and feels nice being massaged onto the face. It effectively removes my sunscreen and make-up but it's a bit harder work on heavier make-up or heavy-duty waterproof make-up - for that I would recommend using a first cleanser or ... MoreI've been using this cleanser for a few months. It leaves my face feeling clean but not squeaky clean - just comfortable and still slightly hydrated. It is safe to use on the days when my skin is slightly irritated.I wasn't very impressed with QV's non-foaming gentle cleanser that left an oily film on my face and I much prefer this. I feel that this product would work for most skin types from dry to slightly oily. If your skin is very dry, the non-foaming QV's gentle cleanser would be a better bet.

Only thing that doesn’t cause rosacea

Love this cleanser. No harsh alcohol. No drying. Skin is normal afterward. Doesn’t irritate my rosacea.
