EHP Labs Beyond BCAA + EAA 60 Serves - Kiwi Strawberry

I’ll start with a positive thing about this supplement, the flavor: It’s pretty tasty and refreshing… the ingredients look amazing but I did notice that ever since I started taking it I felt so bloated and my legs would get very swollen, to the point that it was a little painful. I’ve never had that in my life. It’s been 2 weeks since I stopped taking it and this side effects are gone. I’m just sharing what happened to me not saying it will happen to everyone who takes the supplement.

Amazing bundle! The electric mixer

Amazing bundle! The electric mixer bottle is amazing as well. I love that there are a plethora of flavors to choose from and so far they are all tasty- not too sweet. Also- the labels make it clear which powders are stackable which is greatly appreciated when you're tryna quickly make a beverage!! Love how much energy these give without any jitters or negative side effects. Looking forward to trying more products on my fitness journey.

Good minus the aftertaste

Overall, the texture of the product prior to mixing is very silky. I think the flavor is great, however, it has a very less than desirable aftertaste. That alone would be reason for me to second-guess repurchasing, but I currently just chug it. I can’t say that I noticed any increase in energy one way or the other, but I will continue to take it to see if that changes.

I Love the Beyond BCAA/EAA‘s. Great flavour and always brings me through my workouts. I even have them randomly if I just need a little pick me up and a bit of flavour.I love that they’re not too sweet. Ingredients are simple and clean.And also find the website easy to navigate. Let's start with the star of the show, the flavor! This BCAA powder is both refreshing and invigorating, making it a pleasure to consume during and after my workouts. The taste remains consistently enjoyable, transforming my hydration routine into a treat for the taste buds! The carefully crafted blend of branched-chain amino acids has played a crucial role in enhancing my workout performance and accelerating recovery.

Mild taste

This BCAA is only average in my opinion. I tried it when it was on sale, but will return to another brand I prefer. This doesn't give me much energy or endurance boost during my workout, but maybe it helps with muscle recovery in a way I cannot feel. The taste is pleasant, smooth, and mild. This might be a good option for those who do not like strong sweet, sour, or bold flavors found in competitors' products.

I’ve been ordering products from EHP Labs for a couple of years now and I’m always satisfied with the customer service and quality of their products. I usually purchase products in bundles (it’s a great way to save money).I recently joined a CrossFit gym and started supplementing my daily workouts with the Pride Pre-Workout. The taste is great (Blue Slushie), however it hasn’t given me ultimate energy expectation I had in mind. I work out at 5a and have a high caffeine tolerance.
