This product is super light and I love how it flavorless. I put it in water and drink it after almost every workout for two weeks now and I already feel and see improvement. My muscles are no longer sore all the time and I have more energy. I’ve heard creatine doesn’t always work for everyone, but I would definitely try this one if I were you. Drink a gallon of water a day and workout. That’s all you gotta do to see amazing results:)

This is definitely the best creatine supplement on the market! I have taken a couple different brands over the years, but this is the purest and most effective form. With the simple ingredients that go into it and with the experienced athletes who use it, it is the clear choice to use. I have absolutely noticed difference in size, but also how post workout recovery feels! I don't feel as sore, much more prepared for the next workout, and even feel that my workouts are more fueled during the workout. Have used this for a while and don't plan on stopping or switching!

Love the fact that a tub of creatine was made ever since products have been sold out everywhere! Currently I’m on my cut, and I’ve noticed insane amounts combining creatine with oxyshred! I’ve noticed my recovery time and performance has increased despite the drop in calories! I’ve gotten significant compliments on the way my physique has transformed! You got to try it out

I have only begun taking creatine with my Oxyshred and I can already feel the effects. I feel an increase of strength, increase in muscle mass and my muscles recover much quicker. I have researched many creatines and the creatine monohydrate form has been the top researched and the demonstrates the most effectiveness. It was a given this was the best choice for me. Wow, I didn’t even know I needed this product until I started using this. This has now become part of my daily routine. I add a scoop to my OxyGreens each day, and again later in a protein shake or something. I’ve noticed a huge progress at the gym, gaining muscle and losing fat this product has helped. After I’ve taken creatine, I gained 20lbs of pure muscle and became as hard as titanium. Just kidding, but my first time taking creatine, I did a loading phase so I took 5-10g everyday just for a week. I’ve noticed results right after 2-3 training sessions. My next training sessions felt super good, I had felt an abundance of energy and more blood flow. This is my second tub of creatine, so I’m enjoying it. Just dose yourself with moderation, I recommend started with 5g maximum daily.
I had never used any form of Creatine prior to purchasing this Crea8 but I can honestly say I LOVE it! The whole reason I wanted to start taking creatine was because I felt like I wasn’t recovering fast enough for my workouts, so by the next day when it was time to train again I would be soooo sore. Once I started using this supplement Crea-8 I recover faster, I’m less sore, and I’ve been able to progress faster because I am not so worn out from previous workouts. ALSO this has a TON of product in it! I looked at other creatine supplements prior to purchasing this one and this was the largest quantity for the most affordable price. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely repurchase!
I was having stomach pains the first two weeks and had to stop for a week. Did some research and have been adding it to apple juice stir really good and let it sit over night. Ever sense then I've had no stomach aches. the bloating is real!! My arms face and stomach bloat like crazy but I read and watched videos that said after the second week the bloating stop .I can definitely lift more and 30 minutes after a hard workout .. where your body shakes after their is no soreness! Pros definitely out weigh the cons. But everyone's body is different.
I am super happy with EHPlab’s creatine monohydrate (CREA-8). It’s tasteless, super easy to incorporate as a daily routine supplement and it is effective. I have already noticed a difference in the gym. I have been able to push myself more than ever and continue to progressive overload (quicker than I usually can). I feel great. Have not noticed any downfalls to taking it. As time goes on I’m sure it will be a big help to develop lean muscle mass!! As an active, weight lifter vegetarian this is one supplement that I absolutely recommend!! - yes, I recommend it over protein powder and/or pre workout ;)
