OMG! so I was hesitant when this flava was dropped, not knowing what it would taste like (as I was hooked on the guava flavor). I do not like sweet workout drinks think they taste artificial BUT this flavor right here (proton plasma) is hitting!! it's not too sweet and not too tart is has the perfect blend EVEN MY HUSBAND LOVED THE TASTE (which was a surprise within it self)!Besides the great taste this gets the job done and has helped me so much on my weightloss journey the boost that it gives without the jitters it hands down the best! Combine this with the Pride pre-workout and you will be in beast mood for your workout!Please keep this flavor this is my new favorite.

I'm a Christian personal trainer and there is just something about opening my cabinets and seeing the tubs with "Blessed" written across them. It makes me smile every time! I love that they are plant-blased and also have high protein like the whey powders do. Most plant-based proteins only have 15g while these are 23g. That was a huge plus for me. I'm also impressed by the flavors! I currently have Chocolate Coconut, Salted Caramel, Cinnamon Churros, Peanut Butter Cups and Banana Bread. They are all good. I love them warm too. I tend to always go with non-stim out of nervousness, so the Cali Cola is my first hardcore Oxyshred. I was not disappointed at all. In fact, I should have switched over sooner. To be honest, this tasted way better than I expected it to. What really impressed me was how fast it kicked in, and how quickly my energy level turned up, and STAYED up. I literally can feel burnout around the 45 to 50 minute mark of my cardio routine, and that's pushing it. However, after drinking this version of Oxyshred, I was still doing cardio after 85 minutes, and 80% of that was at my peak. This is the most efficient and optimized my workout has ever been. And to be honest, I had to make myself stop because I still had enough energy to keep on going. I do think it suppresses appetite and is an effective pre-workout. Obviously, this needs to be paired with a calorie deficit to be an effective supplement for weight loss. I’ve been drinking Oxyshred ever since i started really hitting the gym and it really does help me with motivation and focus. The only negative thing I’ve encountered with this brand is the lack of refunds. I tried the strawberry snowcone pride pre and it wasn’t horrible but it had a strong coconut aftertaste and wasn’t my favorite. They wouldn’t let me return or exchange though.For flavors i would highly recommend: Sour green apple (pride pre) or Mango (therm. Fat burner). These taste most similar to the actual fruit juices. Raspberry refresh was decent, a good back up option.Passionfruit was nasty, do not buy!!! And the strawberry snow cone was alright but there are definitely better flavors.
