I watched these products and read reviews before I ordered anything..I must say after eating clean and taking vitamins I was still always tired and even working out being sore and my recovery took days. I am so stocked that this actually work, like many others I’ve wasted a lot of money on others that didn’t deliver. I have had this almost 3 weeks so far and on day 1 I felt the difference and everyday since then my energy is at a stable level, my workouts are THEE BomB!!!!! I sweat and push through and feel great. Yes, using muscles you haven’t will leave you sore but this hurts so good. I noticed toxins leaving while sweating..I am calm..exhaustion is gone. I strongly and lovingly recommend you give this product a chance I bought the Blue Slushy but I am going to try other flavors as well.

I usually don´t take pre workouts but for the past month I´m training in the morning and I just don´t get enough energy from my breakfast. So I decided to try the Pride pre workout and for now I only tried it once, on a leg day.I can say that the Cotton candy flavour is not the greatest for me, because I´m a person who does not like very sweet stuff. It´s not over the top sweet, it´s OK but I am sad I didn´t take the Orange soda one - usually the orange to me tastest the best, not too sweet and not too savoury.As far as the effectiveness of this pre workout goes, I would say it´s good and works like they say. Great product. Abit to much caffeine. I researched and it showed that max safe dose of caffeine intake is about 400mg daily. This product has over 500 mg known as a 5 stage caffeine which I think for an everyday use is to much. I would have liked to see the 5 stage caffeine between 330 - 370 as a rough estimate. Other than that , the pumps are amazing . I didn’t like the blue slashy flavour to start off with but it warmed up to me. I just add in abit if extra water and ice . Overall, a pretty good pre work out. But the high caffeine amount makes it hard to be a daily use every day. If you drop it to one scoop , it brings down the caffeine to a good level but means the other ingredients dosage is dropped to which you don’t really want.
