Soft start is a good option for this class of tools. That's not the saw that can push the limits, but it's ok for low intenity job or as a substitution item.

Delivery was on time.I was provided with a PDF of the English instructions, which is very difficult to read from an IPhone. Parts are missing which I’m told cannot be supplied. I had partially assembled the saw before realised there were bits missing and after I had destroyed the original box. I was informed that I could return the saw but this ment finding another large box and employing someone to do the, for me, heavy lifting. I resigned myself to making the best of a rather inaccurate saw bench. It’s now nearly constructed with bit from my garage and I’m working may through the inaccuracy problems with the saw.I feel very dissatisfied with both the service and product.

Bargin for the price

For the price it's an absolute bargin. I was going to get an even cheaper one but I really wanted the fence to clipped on both sides and this was the cheapest I could find at the time . The fence clips on fine and holds the ripping wood pretty well ( I've cut down around 30 1200ml long 70x70ml to 50x50ml and it handled it like a champ (you can move the fence with a knock when it's clipped) Mitre gauge is not great to be honest plenty of play involved. (Use a mitre saw if you have one) if not I think you'll be able to buy a better quality mitre gauge. I did cut some 45 degree angles and they were too bad... From opening the box to machine ready is bit of nightmare but bareable (you thought ikea was bad) should have it ready with one to two hours. Other than them problems it's a good quality machine and cannot fault it so far barring the mitre gauge. Just spend that little bit more money and get a saw with a fence that clips both sides!

Einhell table saw

I bought this saw after my old Delta table saw gave up the ghost. I use the saw for general diy woodworking but particularly for cutting mitres using a sled that runs on the guides on the table saw top. I then make frames for my paintings for exhibition. Making frames this way has been successful up to now!My new saw arrived in a battered box with lots of sellotape around it.On unpacking I discovered the support for work was distorted, having almost certainly been dropped. However, since this doesn’t effect the use of the saw I persevered.The instructions are practically useless. The blade will not cut at 90 degrees and the knob to hold the blade in position doesn’t hold.I would not recommend this saw to anyone.

Does the job, good value for the money. Not difficult to build.

Too much play on cross cut. Also a bit flimsy on the same. Unsure how long plastic cog wheels on rise and fall and tilt will last.

Poor table saw

Mine was clearly a returned item boxed up and sent out again. Came scratched and a piece broken. Looks cheap with the amount of plastic parts. Doubt it would take much use for long . Blade raising handle very poor quality

Well Made with available spars.

I have had several table saws and they have all had problems with motors burning out. I have waited 9 months for this saw as everybody was out of stock. It is the only saw where spare motors and a full range of spares are available. So it last a lot longer than all the other saws a d the additional shpuld be well worth the money
