This is my favorite salsa verde in a bottle ever. It is really spicy because of the Chile used. I only got used to eating with spice within the last 5 years and it is really spicy for me. I can only handle using very little at a time but it has an amazing flavor. If you can handle heat buy it!

Do you want to turn up your meal to a scorching 11? this is the sauce, miss thing! i just discovered the carribean flavor and as a west indian person, I truly appreciate it. more than just heat, the flavor is robust and goes well over any protein and carb. I especially love it on gumbo or over some curry chicken or oxtails. this is my favorite flavor along with the green habanero sauce and is worth the purchase. 🥵

El yucateco is so damn good! It's got the right amount of spicy. It always tastes like freshly made aji. Literally put this hot sauce on everything. It's especially good with Caldo de Pollo when you're sick it will opeb your sinuses right up. If you like hot sauce definitely give this a try. You will not be disappointed.

Amazingly delicious

SOOOOOO SPICY BUT SO DELICIOUS! I love red habanero hot sauce for tacos and I kept walking by this one and thought it looked gross. But I kept seeing it, so finally I decided to try it. I barely eat the red habanero sauce anymore, I just drown tacos in this. Then my eyes start tearing up badly, and I blow my nose a million times but the sauce is SO SO GOOD. My mouth waters when I even think about it. I need a MUCH LARGER bottle of this.

Best hot sauce

I love spicy and love putting sauces on alot of foods. Well I don't like hot sauce because of the vinegar. I looked around everwhere for a hot sauce with no vinegar and found this. I've been buying this for almost 2 years now. If you love super spicy sauce with a good flavor to it, this is it.

Excellent Hot Sauce: Both the Green & Red!

Excellent hot sauce and it has a kick. I judge a hot sauce by the heat and flavor. I don't like it so hot it ruins the flavor and this sauce does not do that. I spent quite some time in Texas, and every Mexican Restaurant I went to had this hot sauce sitting on all the tables. That was enough of an endorsement for me! When I see the Mexican customers chosing this over the other sauces on the table I knew which one to grab... Their green hot sauce is my favorite and this is my second. I usually mix a little of each on my food. Like I said, their sauces DO have some kick from the heat!

Hot Hot Hot

Best got sauce I've ever had. It brings the heat with none of that vinegar. Doesn't have a chemical-y aftertaste as some hot sauces do. It has great consistency where it's not watery. As for the heat it's equivalent to biting into a fresh jalapeño (the back end where the seeds are) so not for the faint of heart if you're applying it straight %26 not cooking it in. With the Sriracha shortage it's a great replacement if not a great replacement under normal circumstances. I may not go back to Sriracha.

Incredible Flavor and balance of Kick

This company has several sauces. Out of all of them, THIS one is my absolute favorite. Such a unique flavor with excellent kick yet soooo much flavor to balance it. Honestly, this is probably my favorite hot sauce of all time. Can't think of one I like better. It's also great as an ingredient in things such as wing sauces or mayo contraptions and things along those lines. Amazing stuff. HIGHLY recommended.

amazing flavor and strong heat. I bought it on a whim but its quickly becoming a staple for me. the taste is distinct from other hot sauces like Louisiana or even Valentina's. writing this review is making my mouth water! I've started eating it plain and wow is the heat intense. great for tacos or just any hot sauce connoisseur looking to explore! you will not be disappointed. the green verde sauce is my favorite after trying 3 other colors by the same manufacture. the XXXtra hot one wasn't even that much hotter!
