The snug fitting wrap stabilises the ligaments and joints in the tendon, supporting the ankle and protecting against injury and overuse. Directions Slide the foot into the elasticated part of the support. Wrap the strap around the ankle in the classical figure of 8 section. Attach the Velcro fastener to the support adjusting the strap to the desired comfort. Avoid attaching the closures on the instep, as this can cause irritation when wearing shoes.
