Bought to replace a 40 year old dryer so this new dryer is so much more advanced. Separate programs to choose for different fibre content of clothes and so much quieter. Clothes do sometimes come out feeling damp but I think it is because they don't get hot like my old dryer. This model doesn't have a drying rack but that was not a big want when I bought it.

I've had hesitation with a number of heat pump dryers and how well they dry beddings and towels and found some good review for this one. Glad I selected this as the performance has been great. Clothes and towels come out dry and fluffy and beddings and doonas all dry perfectly without wrinkles.

Only had the dryer a day so need to properly suss it out but so far, loving the size of the dryer in terms of being able to do decent loads. Takes longer to dry clothes compared with my previous dryer but looks as though that's a thing with all heat pump dryers. Love that it doesn't steam the room up and that all the moisture gets collected in a dispenser that you tip out...I'd like to dry clothes faster though - haven't read the manual, hope there is a way to ramp up the heat

I haven't had a dryer before but did some research. This was on sale when we brought it so went for the heat pump dryer over the straight condenser dryer. We did the water hardness test which was provided and have set the dryness level as recommended. The dryer performs well and clothes are coming out dry. The odd kids sock doesn't come out completely dry if it got tangled up in other clothes, but this is identified in the manual and says not to dry small items with bigger ones. Doesn't have an internal light and didn't come with a rack, but that's what you get for a bit cheaper I suppose. I'd recommend it anyway.
Purchased this online on 28/6. There were none in the country. Was 17/7 my dryer would arrive. It arrived on 15/7. Was called immediately. It is now in my laundry. I love it. No condensation. A beautiful machine. Thanks to Josh at Dubbo for keeping me in the loop.
I was looking for a heat pump dryer that I could use for everything, including sheets. This dryer has a reverse tumble feature, which seems to be unique among its competitors. I can confirm that my sheets come out untangled and dry first and every time. As for other features, the heat pump is everything I had hoped. No moisture is ejected into the air and it's relatively quiet for a dryer. The app is also a nice touch, but you can live without it.
I didn't know what I was missing! This dryer is such an upgrade to what I was used to. It has a very easy to use interface. I find it fairly quiet, and I like that it plays a tune instead of just angry beeping at the end of the cycles. Both the filter and water reservoir easy to remove and empty. You can get it plumbed to drain automatically but that isn't a priority for us atm. Everything so far has come out with absolutely no wrinkles! Bed sheets, blankets, towels - it all comes out pristine. I can absolutely recommend this dryer to anyone looking for one!
After using our old dryer for more than 20 years with a 2 star rating and now with Energy prices going through the roof we thought it was time for a new dryer. Absolutely love this Electrolux model. It probably takes as long to dry as the old one, but there is no humid misty room anymore and we're saving on our energy bill.
This unit works well enough. Heat pump dryers never seem to get things bone dry the way the old vented ones do, but it’s far less power hungry and leaves the clothes tangle-free and the laundry steam-free. My worry is that this model has a panel door at the front with a magnet closure. The magnet isn’t quite strong enough to hold the panel tightly so there’s a gap showing. It doesn’t affect the drying ability but it makes me suspicious about the rest of the build quality when I see this lack of attention to detail.
We brought our heat pump dryer about 1.5 months ago as with all the rain we were having and having 2 adults and 2 kids we really needed to wash and dry quick. I have found our heatpump dryer never drys our clothes I have put bedding in there to dry and ive had to re turn it on 3 times on the bedding setting and it still didn't dry the bedding. I clean the filter after every use and empty the water tank. So don't know if we are doing anything wrong but not overly happy
