Electrolux 90cm Ceramic Cooktop EHC944BE
The Hob2Hood technology makes cooking easier by automatically turning on and adjusting your extractor hood based on your cooking activity. No need to worry about greasy fingers touching the hood controls—whether you’re boiling, searing, or stir-frying, the hood takes care of ventilation for you. This hands-free convenience lets you focus entirely on your food, ensuring a seamless and efficient cooking experience. For those times when you're juggling multiple dishes, the keep warm function maintains a steady temperature of 80°C, so your food stays hot without continuing to cook. Perfect for multitasking, it ensures every dish is ready to serve at the right temperature, eliminating the need to reheat or worry about overcooking. Timing is key in the kitchen, and the automatic shut-off timer offers peace of mind by turning off the hob once the cooking time has elapsed. This feature helps prevent accidents and ensures that nothing is left cooking unattended. The child lock function adds an extra layer of security by preventing curious hands from accidentally turning on the hob, making it a great feature for family kitchens. Cleanup is a breeze with the smooth glass surface, which wipes clean easily after cooking. The intuitive touch controls provide precise heat adjustments at your fingertips, allowing you to switch between simmering and searing in an instant. Whether you're pan-searing a steak or simmering delicate sauces, these controls give you the power to elevate your cooking to the next level.

The cooktop turned up, so 2 stars instead of 1. Having dealt with Good Guys stored before, I thought their online store would be ok. Big mistake, should have read the reviews first. The service from Good Guys online was absolutely appalling, do not even think of using them. I never received one official email from them from the time of order to time of delivery, I still do not have an invoice that I can use to get warranty. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks, I queried them and got a customer service email saying 'Sorry, the stock we had was inadvertently sold, we have now ordered your product'. Yeah right. The overall time from order to deliver was approx. 6 weeks when other retailers later told me the supplied had a 100 units in stock and could supply it in a week. ... MoreThe cooktop turned up, so 2 stars instead of 1.
