Initially, looked like is not drying properly, but I guess you need to set your expectations right: if it’s very cold outside/inside, yes, probably it needs 2 cycles to dry fully.Most of the modes are not actually doing what they claim, so we ended up using only Cotton Extra Dry Fast mode, the sensor doing it’s job and finishing the load faster if it’s the case. This dryer has not worked since day one. Electrolux have been appalling to deal with. It took 3 weeks to get a serviceman out who couldn’t find anything wrong, still does not work. Tried every cycle over a 12 hour period, nothing dried. Including a load with 6 cotton tshirts that took 3:15 hours! Still as damp as when they went in. Electrolux are sending another serviceman out - don’t they trust their repairmen? Another 3 week wait. Melbourne’s freezing winter will be over before it’s resolved. Worst appliance ever, appalling treatment from Electrolux. Fix it, replace it or preferably refund it so I can dry the clothes for a family of seven

Had this dryer for over a month and super happy with it.The main feature I needed was one that could be inverted as it will be hung on our laundry wall. This was the best value for money in our price range that met our requirements. It comes with a decal sticker to go over the panel if you are inverting the machine. I did research the product description and ask in store if the digital display could also be inverted but there was nothing mentioned in the description.I was resigned to the fact the digital display would be upside down but was pleasantly surprised to find in the manual a setting to invert the display. I particularly like the 3 types of cupboard item settings as that is what I am mostly using it for. The machine senses how big the load is and adjusts the time accordingly. I find my items perfectly dry every time.I’ve also done loads of towels and sheets at maximum load sizes and they were also perfect after one cycle.The lint filter is perfectly placed and user friendly to empty.Loving everything about this dryer so far and feel like I got great value for my money.

Excellent purchase process & delivery service. We have noticed the garage floor gets very wet directly in front where the filter faces downwards. We were planning on wall mounting but concerned now it would face the ceiling and cause another issue. (Shame we didn't give any thought into the design of this). Otherwise it performs excellently
Replacement for an older dryer. This dryer is excellent. Was worried about the length of time it was showing on the dial until I realised the dryer senses the level of dryness and adjusts accordingly. Takes much less time to dry than my older dryer. The price was excellent too. Had read the reviews and knew what machine I wanted and it was easy to shop online and pick it up when I found it on special. Star rating re energy is nothing like the heat pump and condenser dryers - however we are limited for space in laundry and it must go on the wall. I am very happy with this dryer and believe it will actually save me money from my older one.
I finally updated my drier after my 15+year old one died. I honestly can't believe i hadn't done it sooner. I've had this drier for about a month now and love how quiet it is. The multiple options on settings is really fantastic. I've been able to chuck more delicate clothes in the drier than i used to be able to do on my old drier which only had high/ low heat settings. Really like that it intuitively switches itself off once clothes are dry, rather than keep going through the full cycle selected. Very happy with my purchase!
Purchased a month ago. We have never owned a dryer but due to everyone in our home working we thought we’d purchase for those work uniform emergencies or warming the clothes when they come off the line or a rainy day.Easy to use, lots of setting to choose from. Refresh is 13mins I use for the heavier clothes that haven’t quite dried on the line and our towels.Good size we have never used for a full clothes washed load. I have placed freshly washed sheets and used the linen option which was great.No problems at all.
True the sensor panels do not work with original sticker provided inside the machine. They have now fixed buy providing a new sticker which should be on the outside of the machine but inside the packaging, if you dont have this ask for it. They had to find out from consumers like me about this fault as it's a new product and perhaps did not show up in product testing before launch. Well I learnt the hard way as the tech first replaced the module behind control panel still not working so I chose a replacement. Lucky they put the new sticker in but I had a feeling it was the sticker and intended not to use it or test before sticking on. I purchased this dryer as a replacement for an equal sized Electrolus that I purchased in 2007. The motor had gotten a bit reluctant to start sometimes and since I needed a new washer also, I bought 2 pieces. The settings on the previous one were better, the dryer cycles were shorter, but still dried clothing. Some of the mixed cycles are more than 2 hours. The average mixed load cycles take too much time and still don't dry the clothing evenly. I am going to have to work on this to determine the optimal setting for most of my cothesl Directions are difficult and have been badly translated. Need a bit more engineering to make this product as good as before;
